Je posledica sprememb, ki se z menjavo letnih \u010dasov ne zgodijo zgolj v naravi, temve\u010d tudi v na\u0161em telesu, ki v tem \u010dasu opravlja nekak\u0161no pomladansko \u00bb\u010di\u0161\u010denje\u00ab, po katerem kli\u010de sprememba v vremenu, temperaturah in tudi v prehrani. Spomladanska utrujenost naj bi prizadela predvsem ljudi, ki so ob\u010dutljivi na vremenske spremembe, ter ljudi s slab\u0161o telesno kondicijo ali imunsko odpornostjo.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg zunanjih sprememb se v telesu zgodijo tudi manj\u0161e hormonske spremembe, pri \u010demer igrata glavno vlogo spalni hormon in tako imenovani \u00bbhormon sre\u010de\u00ab. Nihanje ter izmenjavanje njunih koli\u010din utrudi telo. Spomladansko utrujenost lahko ob\u010duti\u0161 v obliki razdra\u017eenosti ter pomanjkanja apetita, spanca, smisla za humor ali spolnega po\u017eelenja, trajala pa naj bi od sredine meseca marca pa vse do sredine meseca aprila.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Kako premagati spomladansko utrujenost?<\/h2>\n<p><b>1. S pravilno prehrano<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Premagovanje spomladanske utrujenosti se pri\u010dne pri prehrani. \u010ce smo pozimi jedli bolj mastno hrano, se manj gibali in podlegali prehladom, je pomlad \u010das za ponovno polnjenje baterij in prenovo telesa. V svojo prehrano vnesi sve\u017ee sadje in zelenjavo, spij vsaj pol litra vode na dan in zmanj\u0161aj koli\u010dino sladkarij ali pa jih nadomesti s polnozrnatimi posladki. Vitamine ter energijo lahko vnese\u0161 v telo tudi s sve\u017ee iztisnjenimi sadnimi sokovi.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. S spro\u0161\u010danjem<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pomembno je, da se v tem \u010dasu tudi kar se da sprosti\u0161. \u010ce je le mo\u017eno, ne pretiravaj z delom, poslu\u0161aj glasbo in ne pozabi na ljubljenje s partnerico. K premagovanju spomladanske utrujenost in dobremu razpolo\u017eenju bo prispeval tudi sprehod po naravi, med katerim se bo\u0161 nau\u017eil veliko sve\u017eega zraka in son\u010dnih \u017earkov. Sve\u017e zrak in son\u010dne \u017earke povabi tudi v svoje stanovanje tako, da redno odpira\u0161 okna in zra\u010di\u0161 prostore.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. S spremembo garderobe<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u010ceprav je \u0161e malo hladno, je \u010das, da pospravi\u0161 te\u017eka zimska obla\u010dila v omaro in jih zamenja\u0161 za la\u017ejo opravo. Za sprehod se ne tla\u010di v trde kavbojke, temve\u010d se sprosti v bomba\u017eni trenerki in udobnih teniskah.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Za la\u017eja jutra<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Zjutraj se ne obremenjuj s tem, kaj vse mora\u0161 storiti \u010dez dan. Raje se prepusti \u0161e zadnjim minutam pole\u017eavanja. \u010ce ti \u010das dopu\u0161\u010da, si privo\u0161\u010di \u0161e zdrav zajtrk in po\u017eivljajo\u010do kavico, na poti v slu\u017ebo pa u\u017eivaj ob pogledu na oran\u017eno-rde\u010de jutranje son\u010dne \u017earke, ki obljubljajo lep dan.
