Namen spomladanskega \u010di\u0161\u010denja organizma je telo pripraviti na druga\u010den ritem, ga prebuditi, pospe\u0161iti metabolizem ter mu privo\u0161\u010diti zdravo hrano, ki bo poleg vsega dodala tudi nekaj energije. Pri \u010di\u0161\u010denju telesa naj ne gre toliko za post ter odrekanje vsakr\u0161ni hrani, bolj naj gre za premik k zdravemu in lahkemu prehranjevanju. Pretirano odrekanje namre\u010d lahko privede do vrtoglavice, neznosne lakote in nezmo\u017enosti opravljanja vsakodnevnih aktivnosti. Namre\u010d vdihavanje limoninega eteri\u010dnega olja naj bi ugodno vplivalo na pretvorbo hrane v energijo in ima \u0161e veliko drugih pozitivnih u\u010dinkov. Pomembno je, da si izbere\u0161 \u010das, trajanje, na\u010din in program razstrupljanja, ki tebi ter tvojemu telesu najbolje odgovarja.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Kako organizem o\u010distiti s prehrano?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Za \u010di\u0161\u010denje organizma potrebuje\u0161 zdravo prehrano, ki naj bo obogatena z vlakninami.
