Za razliko od preostalih teko\u010din, ki imajo pri atmosferskem tlaku najve\u010djo gostoto takrat, kadar so v obliki ledu, pa ima voda najve\u010djo gostoto pri \u0161tirih stopinjah Celzija. To je tudi vzrok, zakaj kocke ledu lebdijo na vodi.<\/p>\n<p>Za to neobi\u010dajno zna\u010dilnost je \u017ee dolgo obstajala mo\u017ena razlaga, ki pa je do danes \u0161e niso nedvomno eksperimentalno dokazali. Ta pravi, da je voda sestavljena iz dveh razli\u010dno gostih teko\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas L\u00f6rting z In\u0161tituta za fizikalno kemijo Univerze v Innsbrucku je pri nizkih temperaturah \u017ee odkril \u0161tevilne znake, da obstajata dve obliki teko\u010de vode, in ju je tudi \u017ee uspel izolirati. Zdaj pa je kemiku in njegovi ekipi uspelo tudi opredeliti pogoje, pod katerimi je mogo\u010de jasno dokazati obstoj modela dveh teko\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>S tem namenom so vodo v tla\u010dnem cilindru mo\u010dno ohladili in jo izpostavili zelo visokemu pritisku. Pri tem so, odvisno od metode proizvodnje, nastale razli\u010dne oblike tako imenovanega amorfnega ledu, za katerega je zna\u010dilno, da nima kristalne osnovne strukture. Toda ne glede na to, kateri amorfni led je bil prvotno narejen, je pri njegovem po\u010dasnem segrevanju pri tlaku 3000 barov vedno nastalo eno in isto stanje: zelo gosta teko\u010da voda (HDL). Odvisno od tlaka je ta teko\u010dina nastajala v temperaturnem obmo\u010dju med minus 150 in minus 120 stopinj Celzija.<\/p>\n<p>Za znanstvenika je &#8220;osrednji del sestavljanke&#8221;, da HDL nastane ne glede na to, na kak\u0161en na\u010din je pri\u0161lo do teh tla\u010dnih in temperaturnih pogojev. &#8220;Ta ugotovitev zanika teorijo, da bi bila HDL le kratkotrajen nestabilen pojav, ki kmalu ponovno izgine,&#8221; je dejal L\u00f6rting.<\/p>\n<p>Bolj verjetno se mu zdi, da je HDL v tla\u010dnih pogojih med 1000 in 3000 barov termodinami\u010dno stabilna. To fazo je mogo\u010de izolirati ter opazovati in karakterizirati v dalj\u0161ih \u010dasovnih obdobjih. &#8220;\u010ce pri 1000 barih ne bi mogli izolirati teko\u010de vode z zelo visoko gostoto, potem bi bila teorija o dveh teko\u010dinah zastarela,&#8221; je po poro\u010danju avstrijske tiskovne agencije APA dejal L\u00f6rting.<\/p>\n<p>Nova dognanja znanstvenikom dopu\u0161\u010dajo, da lahko razmi\u0161ljajo \u0161e korak naprej &#8211; zdaj naj bi bilo namre\u010d mogo\u010de, da se le z minimalno spremembo tlaka in\/ali temperature preklopi iz teko\u010dine z visoko gostoto v teko\u010dino z nizko gostoto in obratno. &#8220;Dokon\u010den dokaz, da obstaja model dveh teko\u010din, je zdaj dosegljiv,&#8221; je dejal L\u00f6rting.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce je to res, potem bi morala biti v dveh razli\u010dnih stanjih tudi voda, ki prite\u010de iz pipe. A ker se molekule pri sobni temperaturi premikajo z izredno veliko hitrostjo, obeh oblik ne bi bilo mogo\u010de lo\u010diti. V vsakem primeru pa lahko dve obliki vode pojasnita njene posebne lastnosti, kot je denimo najve\u010dja gostota pri \u0161tirih stopinjah Celzija.<\/p>\n<p>Avstrijski kemiki so svoje ugotovitve objavili v znanstveni reviji <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnas.org\/content\/early\/2019\/03\/27\/1819832116\" target=\"_blank\">PNAS<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Voda se od ve\u010dine drugih teko\u010din razlikuje v ve\u010d kot 60 lastnostih.
