Sili nas, da sprejemamo ukrepe in sku\u0161amo nadzirati svoje okolje, zato da nas ni\u010d ne bi moglo presenetiti ali nam \u0161kodovati,&#8221; \u0161e pojasnjuje Lang.<\/p>\n<h2>Red pomirja<\/h2>\n<div class=\"ad-unit__container__container\">Hkrati pa je \u0161e nekaj dodatnih faktorjev: &#8220;\u010ce je red v hi\u0161i ali v okolju, kjer bivamo, se po\u010dutimo varne in kot da se lahko prosto gibamo po prostoru, &#8221; pravi Lang in dodaja, da bi to lahko pomagalo pojasniti, zakaj ima \u010di\u0161\u010denje pomirjajo\u010d ob\u010dutek na nas. &#8220;Ko \u010distimo, se gibamo in obna\u0161amo na predvidljiv, ponavljajo\u010d na\u010din. In \u017ee samo to lahko slu\u017ei kot kognitivni mehanizem, ki ljudem pomaga, da se la\u017eje spopadajo s tesnobo,&#8221; \u0161e pove. V eni od svojih raziskav je Lang tudi gotovil, da so ljudje, ki so bili pod stresom\u00a0pred javnim govorom, pred tem s \u010distilno krpo ve\u010dkrat pobrisali dolo\u010den predmet kot pa tisti, ki niso bili tako \u017eiv\u010dni zaradi javnega nastopanja.<\/div>\n<p>A opozorimo naj, da je v dolo\u010denih ekstremnih primerih \u010dlovekov odnos do \u010di\u0161\u010denja lahko tudi znak za bolj globoko le\u017ee\u010do te\u017eavo.
