Ker ima tudi \u017eivilska panoga svoje modne smernice, pa lahko re\u010demo, da veganski izdelki brez \u017eivalskih sestavin prihajajo vse bolj v modo tudi pri nas.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>\u0160tevilo ljudi, ki se pribli\u017eujejo veganski prehrani, strmo nara\u0161\u010da. Vse ve\u010dje \u0161tevilo veganov pa dokazuje, da je mogo\u010de zelo kakovostno \u017eiveti tudi z odpovedjo izdelkom, ki vsebujejo sestavine \u017eivalskega izvora. Vedno ve\u010d potro\u0161nikov iz svoje prehrane izklju\u010duje mle\u010dne izdelke, nekateri iz zdravstvenih, drugi iz eti\u010dnih razlogov.\u00a0Med njimi so tudi znane Slovenke in Slovenci, ki so se sre\u010dali na tako imenovanem veganskem kosilu <strong>v gostilni AS<\/strong>. Saj, kot pravijo, hrana tekne veliko bolje, \u010de jo u\u017eiva\u0161 v prijetni dru\u017ebi. Da pa je bilo kosilo res vrhunsko, je poskrbelo slovensko podjetje s \u0161e eno uspe\u0161no zgodbo. V sodelovanju s svetovno znanim in ve\u010dkrat nagrajenim <strong>Vegan Master Chefom Emanueleom Di Biasejem<\/strong>, sicer direktorjem mojstrskega konditorja VEGANOK akademije, so ustvarili produkt najvi\u0161je kakovosti, veganske sire \u201eSAYVE natural delights.\u201c<\/p>\n<h2>Eti\u010dna &amp; okusna alternativa<\/h2>\n<p>Sanje je za\u010del uresni\u010devati, ko je Emanuele, ki je sprva delal le kot direktor in prehrambeni tehnolog, postal kuharski \u0161ef zdravnikov ter ljudi z zdravstvenimi problemi in iskal re\u0161itve za njihove probleme. Tako je \u017eelja, ki se je porodila pred petnajstimi leti, ko je postal vegan, za\u010dela lani postajati resni\u010dnost prav v Ljubljani in letos se je rodilo, kot sam pravi, nekaj veli\u010dastnega.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eZa\u010delo se je s preu\u010devanjem sestavin. \u017divalski sir je narejen iz mleka in sirila, mi pa teh sestavin nismo hoteli.\u00a0Prav tako nisem \u017eelel ustvariti &#8220;nadomestka&#8221; in posnemati, kar \u017ee obstaja, ampak narediti nekaj povsem novega. \u017delel sem, da bi bil to izdelek z lastnim dostojanstvom, ki bo predstavljal tudi prilo\u017enost za eti\u010dno izbiro potro\u0161nikov.\u201e<\/p>\n<p>Mnoge restavracije, denimo iz Italije, Rusije, Francije, Nem\u010dije ga najamejo, da jim pomaga izbolj\u0161ati ponudbo in posledi\u010dno izstopati v konkuren\u010dnem boju. Po tem, ko so ga povabili, naj kot kuharski mojster sodeluje pri pripravi luksuznega burgerja, nato pa vpri\u010do njega ubili kravo in jo masirali, da bi bilo njeno meso \u0161e bolj\u0161e, jim je vrnil denar in rekel, da se tega ne gre nikoli ve\u010d. &#8220;To me je tako \u0161okiralo, da mi gre ob misli na to \u0161e danes na jok,&#8221; pravi.<\/p>\n<h2>Veganska hrana\u00a0v resnici cenej\u0161a<\/h2>\n<p>Emanuele s svojimi jedmi podira stereotip, da je veganska hrana draga in brez okusa. Ponosno pove, da se v restavracijah, kjer uvede vegansko kuhinjo, stro\u0161ki zmanj\u0161ajo za tri \u010detrtine. \u201e\u010ce primerjamo cene rib in mesa ali stro\u010dnic in zelenjave, je ogromna razlika. Pomembno pa je, da zna\u0161 kuhati,\u201c pravi.<\/p>\n<p>Z novo pridobitvijo za vse vegane in tudi tiste, ki radi preizkusijo kaj novega, smo se spoznavali na strehi znane slovenske restavracije. Program je povezovala simpati\u010dna <strong>Oriana Girotto<\/strong>, ki ji leta ne morejo do \u017eivega tudi zato, ker se zdravo prehranjuje.\u00a0Ena od najbolj priljubljenih turisti\u010dnih vodnic italijanskih gostov po na\u0161i prestolnici je tako pomagala tudi pri prevajanju nepogre\u0161ljivih nasvetov in majhnih skrivnosti velikega Veganskega Master Chefa. Zabavo je popestrila odli\u010dna violinistka <strong>Alenka Semeja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Na predstavitvi \u0161tevilni znani Slovenci<\/h2>\n<p>Med gosti so bil tudi \u0161tevilni drugi glasbeniki, med njimi <strong>Ditka<\/strong>, ki je vegetarijanka \u017ee sre\u010dnih 13 let, zadnja leta \u017ee napol veganka. Odkar se prehanjuje druga\u010de, pravi, da se tudi bolje po\u010duti. Obo\u017euje veganske recepte, veselje do kuhanja pa je dobila, ko je spoznala, da to ni kaj dosti druga\u010de kot ustvarjati glasbo. Oboje zahteva ustvarjalnost, navdih in veliko ljubezni &#8211; tudi do \u017eivali in prav ta jo je vzpodbudila k spremembi jedilnika.<\/p>\n<p>Da je privla\u010den in dodelan ne le od zunaj, ampak predvsem v okusu, pa so se lahko prepri\u010dali tisti, ki so sir v vseh svojih oblikah tudi poizkusili. Ob testeninah, na pizzi, ob doma\u010dem kruhu, paniranega ali pa le kot dodatek vinu. Narejen po najvi\u0161jih standardih, z vsemi potrebnimi certifikati, s sestavinami ekolo\u0161kega izvora. Najbolj podoben pa poltrdemu siru, ki parira okusu \u017elahtnih staranih sirov.\u00a0Ne vrebuje mle\u010dnih izdelkov, laktoze, soje ali glutena.<\/p>\n<p>Kot je povedala zastopnica podjetja Sayve, <strong>Tja\u0161a Nikolovski<\/strong>, je bilo v izdelek vlo\u017eenega veliko truda, dela in seveda intuzijazma. Sir proizvajajo v Trzinu, 90% izdelkov pa uspe\u0161no izva\u017eajo v sosednje dr\u017eave. Pri nas ga je mogo\u010de kupiti v <strong>Maximarketu, Mercator Centru \u0160i\u0161ka in na spletu<\/strong>, a jih tudi \u017ee druge trgovske verige snubijo sodelovanja. Pregre\u0161no dobri in predvsem zdravi siri so pripravljeni iz \u010di\u010derike, obogateni pa s tartufi, \u010dilijem, orehi ali \u010drnim poprom. Harmonija za\u010dimb je tako zavedla tudi najbolj strastne ljubitelje mle\u010dnih izdelkov, ki so se dogodka udele\u017eili predvsem zaradi dru\u017eenja, domov pa od\u0161li \u0161e z zadovoljnimi brbon\u010dicami.<\/p>\n<p>Vegansko prehranjevanje nedvomno zahteva veliko discipline in tudi \u010dasa, zato hitro postane na\u010din \u017eivljenja. Ta pa pomeni tudi skrb za okolje, so\u010dloveka in druga \u017eiva bitja. S tem so se strinjali tudi eminentni gostje. <strong>Tanja Ribi\u010d, Branko \u0110uri\u0107 &#8211; \u0110uro, Regina, Katerina Gjorgjievska &#8211; Kamala<\/strong> in \u0161tevilni drugi so dogodek izkoristili tudi kot opomnik pred velikon\u010dnimi prazniki, ki simbolizirajo mir, toplino in so\u017eitje.
