Pri tem se izvajajo asane \u2013 telesni polo\u017eaji, ki so prilagojeni za tovrstno vadbo. Kljub temu, da se pri dolo\u010denih asanah le sedi, pa je telo aktivno in se vsak vade\u010di po koncu vadbe dobro po\u010duti, saj se telo premiga, okrepijo sklepi in raztegnejo mi\u0161ice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Joga na stolu pa se ne izvaja le sede, temve\u010d tudi le\u017ee, kle\u010de in stoje ob stolu. V\u010dasih se stol uporabi za podporo, v\u010dasih za nadgradnjo in v dolo\u010denih primerih se ga uporabi za dodaten razteg ali krepitev dolo\u010dene mi\u0161i\u010dne skupine. Pri\u010dnemo lahko kjer koli in kadar koli. Potrebujemo udobna obla\u010dila, prostor in stol. Stol naj ne bo vrtljiv in naj bo \u010dim bolj stabilen. Vsak posameznik si z vadbo joge izbolj\u0161a po\u010dutje in zdravje. Redna vadba joge pripomore k zni\u017eanju krvnega tla, bolj\u0161i cirkulaciji, oksigenaciji telesa, k zni\u017eanju sr\u010dnega utripa. Z dihalnimi tehnikami se izbolj\u0161a kapaciteta delovanja plju\u010d in o\u010distijo dihalne poti. Joga omogo\u010da masa\u017eo notranjih organov in izbolj\u0161a funkcije prebavnega sistema. Vse to pa pripomore k dvigu imunskega sistema. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Joga na stolu pa dodatno pripomore k spodbujanju procesa razstrupljanja telesa, s \u010dimer se tudi upo\u010dasnjuje staranje. Prav tako pripomore k bolj\u0161i in pravilni telesni dr\u017ei, bolj fleksibilni hrbtenici in mo\u010dnemu centru, to so mi\u0161ice trupa, hrbta in mi\u0161ice medeni\u010dnega dna.
