Morda si delate ve\u010d \u0161kode kot koristi&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><figcaption>foto:Profimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Med udele\u017eenci raziskave, v kateri je kot raziskovalec sodeloval Sebastjan V\u00f6r\u00f6s z ljubljanske filozofske fakultete, jih je 25,6 odstotka dejalo, da so \u017ee do\u017eiveli izjemno neprijetno izku\u0161njo v povezavi z meditacijo, pri \u010demer je bil dele\u017e pri mo\u0161kih (28,5 odstotka) vi\u0161ji kot pri \u017eenskah (23 odstotkov).<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u010dja verjetnost za neprijetno izku\u0161njo poleg tega obstaja pri ljudeh, ki so se udele\u017eili meditacijskega odmika, so se ukvarjali le z &#8220;dekonstruktivnimi&#8221; tipi meditacije, kot sta vipassana ali koan, ter tistih, ki imajo ve\u010dkrat ponavljajo\u010de se negativne misli.<\/p>\n<p>Po drugi strani je \u0161tudija, ki je vklju\u010devala internetni vpra\u0161alnik na vzorcu 1232 ljudi, ki imajo vsaj dva meseca izku\u0161enj z meditacijo, pokazala, da imajo verniki manj mo\u017enosti, da bi do\u017eiveli izjemno neprijetno izku\u0161njo.<\/p>\n<p>Kot meni V\u00f6r\u00f6s, je zadnjo ugotovitev mogo\u010de interpretirati, da verniki ob nastopu nenavadnih izku\u0161enj te la\u017eje vpnejo v konstruktivne interpretativne sheme, ki jim pomagajo izku\u0161njo osmisliti in integrirati v \u0161ir\u0161o \u017eivljenjsko zgodbo. &#8220;Zaradi tega izkustvo, ki je nenavadno, ne postane nujno tudi neprijetno, stra\u0161ljivo ali bole\u010de,&#8221; je dodal.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00f6r\u00f6s je za STA zapisal, da rezultati ka\u017eejo, da bi &#8220;veljalo v prihodnje ve\u010d raziskovalne pozornosti nameniti celotnemu spektru izku\u0161enj, ki se porajajo med razli\u010dnimi oblikami meditativne prakse&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Namesto vnaprej\u0161njih &#8211; velikokrat nereflektiranih in nepreverjenih &#8211; predstav o tem, kaj meditacija je in kako deluje, bi veljalo zbrati, razvrstiti in prou\u010diti \u010dim ve\u010d poro\u010dil tudi o neprijetnih ali stra\u0161ljivih izku\u0161njah, ki so jih ljudje dele\u017eni med meditativnimi praksami,&#8221; je zapisal.<\/p>\n<p>Po njegovih besedah bi predvsem veljalo &#8220;nadrobneje prou\u010diti, kdaj in kako do njih pride (vpliv konteksta, osebnosti, izbrane prakse itd.) ter ali in kdaj so tak\u0161ne izku\u0161nje integrativni del same meditativne prakse (in lahko torej prispevajo k dolgoro\u010dni pozitivni osebnostni preobrazbi) in kdaj predstavljajo odklon oz. anomalijo (in bi jih bilo potemtakem potrebno prepre\u010diti oz. minimizirati)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ta zadnji vidik je po njegovih besedah \u0161e posebej pomemben, &#8220;saj bi moral biti cilj nadaljnjih raziskav dobiti karseda stvarno sliko o naravi in dinamiki meditativne prakse, pri \u010demer se je potrebno ogibati tako trenutno silno priljubljenemu ekstremu idealizacije kot, v lu\u010di \u0161tudij, kot je na\u0161a, morda porajajo\u010dem se ekstremu demonizacije&#8221; meditacije.<\/p>\n<p>Podobno po pisanju spletne strani Psychcentral meni tudi Marco Schlosser, glavni avtor \u0161tudije, ki je dejal, da se je ve\u010dina raziskav doslej &#8220;osredoto\u010dala na koristi meditacije, vendar pa je treba nabor meditativnih izku\u0161enj, ki jih raziskujejo znanstveniki, raz\u0161iriti&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskava, v kateri so poleg V\u00f6r\u00f6sa sodelovali raziskovalci University College London in nem\u0161ke univerze Witten\/Herdecke, je dosegljiva na naslovu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1371\/journal.pone.0216643\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1371\/journal.pone.0216643<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nova raziskava, v kateri je sodelovala tudi Univerza v Ljubljani, je pokazala, da je imela ve\u010d kot \u010detrtina ljudi, ki redno meditirajo, v preteklosti \u017ee &#8220;izjemno neprijetno&#8221; izku\u0161njo s prakticiranjem meditacije, med drugim so ob\u010dutili strah in popa\u010dena oziroma izkrivljena \u010dustva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[2194,3516,1538,1595],"source":[1549,1518],"supertag":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Redno meditirate?
