Mocarela ima manj kot 200 kalorij po kroglici, ti majhni in bogati prigrizki pa vsebujejo neverjetnih \u0161est gramov beljakovin in samo en gram ogljikovih hidratov, pa tudi dodatne hranilne snovi, kot sta kalcij in vitamin D.<\/p>\n<p>Tisti, ki ne prena\u0161ajo laktoze ali ne marajo mle\u010dnih izdelkov, pa si lahko privo\u0161\u010dijo nekaj ore\u0161\u010dkov.<\/p>\n<p>Res je, da so ore\u0161\u010dki zelo kalori\u010dni in imajo visoko vsebnost ma\u0161\u010dob, vendar nam bodo olaj\u0161ali lakoto in telesu dali potrebne beljakovine, vitamin E, selen, magnezij in druge hranilne snovi.
