Kaj je torej bolje, ri\u017e ali krompir?<\/p>\n<h2>Kalorije, ma\u0161\u010dobe, beljakovine v ri\u017eu in krompirju<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ce \u017eelite shuj\u0161ati in zato \u017eelite nadzorovati energijsko vrednost \u017eivil, ki jih u\u017eivate, sta tako ri\u017e, kot krompir, primerni \u017eivili. Oba sta skoraj brez ma\u0161\u010dob (manj kot 1g na 100g), z manj\u0161o energijsko vrednostjo pa zmaga krompir (krompir: 322kJ\/100g, kuhan beli ri\u017e: 611kJ\/100g, vir: <strong><span style=\"color: #000080\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Potato#Comparison_to_other_major_staple_foods\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">wikipedia<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>). Ri\u017e ima nekoliko ve\u010d beljakovin (2,8g\/100g, krompir 2g\/100g).<\/p>\n<h2>Vlaknine v ri\u017eu in krompirju<\/h2>\n<p>Olupljen kuhan krompir ima ve\u010d vlaknin, kot beli ri\u017e, medtem ko ima mlad krompir z olupom pribli\u017eno podobno koli\u010dino balastnih snovi, kot polnozrnati ri\u017e. Namesto belega ri\u017ea in pire krompirja ali pomfrija tako raje posezite po pe\u010denem mladem krompirju ali polnozrnatem ri\u017eu, \u010de \u017eelite pove\u010dati vnos prehranskih vlaknin.<\/p>\n<h2>Vitamini &amp; minerali v ri\u017eu in krompirju<\/h2>\n<p>Krompir je na\u010deloma bolj bogat z vitamini in minerali, kot ri\u017e. Porcija slednjega zadovolji prbl. tretjino va\u0161ih potreb po vitaminu B6 (pomemben za tvorbo amino kislin in rde\u010dih krvni\u010dk), medtem ko vam porcija krompirja da polovico potrebnega vitamina B6. Poleg tega s porcijo krompirja dobite kar polovico priporo\u010dljive dnevne koli\u010dine vitamina C. Obe \u017eivili vsebujeta \u0161e druge vitamine, denimo tiamin (B1) in riboflavin (B2). Pa mineralne snovi? Obe \u017eivili vsebujeta prbl. podobno koli\u010dino magnezija, cinka in fosforja, krompir pa vodi po vsebnosti kalija (skoraj toliko, kot banane!), fosforja in kalcija.<\/p>\n<h2>Krompir vs. ri\u017e, katera priloga je bolj zdrava?<\/h2>\n<p>Kot smo videli, ima krompir ve\u010d vitaminov in drugih hranilnih snovi, kot ri\u017e. \u010ce pa \u017eelimo izkoristiti njegovo ugodno sestavo, se raje odpovejmo mastnim dodatkom, kot so maslo, kisla smetana, slanina ali ocvirki, s katerimi si radi &#8216;popestrimo&#8217; krompirjeve jedi &#8211; raje posezimo po olj\u010dnem olju in \u010desnu.
