Za to po njegovih besedah ni argumentov, saj je konkurence dovolj, storitev za dr\u017eavljane ni obvezna, prek posrednikov pa ste\u010de manj kot 50 odstotkov prometa. To pomeni, da najemnik ni prisiljen nositi stro\u0161kov posredovanja, je izpostavil na posvetu v prostorih Gospodarske zbornice Slovenije (GZS).<\/p>\n<p>\u010clani zbornice so predlagateljem novele, Levici, o\u010ditali, da \u017eeli na nepremi\u010dninske posrednike prevaliti krivdo za visoke cene stanovanj. Te so tak\u0161ne zaradi slabe stanovanjske politike, zato ni\u017eji stro\u0161ki posredovanja dostopnosti stanovanj ne bodo prav ni\u010d pove\u010dali, je bilo sli\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Tovrstna regulacija bi bila po Udovi\u010devih besedah tudi v nasprotju z evropsko zakonodajo, Evropska komisija pa je ministrstvo za okolje in prostor \u017ee ve\u010dkrat opozorila, naj preveri ustreznost predlaganih sprememb, je dodal.<\/p>\n<p>V zbornici ne pri\u010dakujejo, da bi zakonodajni postopek lahko ustavili, zato se pripravljajo na druga\u010dne ukrepe. V sodelovanju z odvetni\u0161ko dru\u017ebo prou\u010dujejo mo\u017enost ustavne presoje predloga novele, obenem pa upajo, da bo dr\u017eavni svet izglasoval odlo\u017eilni veto na sprejem novele.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Predlagana novela predstavlja poseg v lastninsko pravico ter pogodbene in nekatere druge pravice. Posega v premo\u017eenjsko svobodo v naj\u0161ir\u0161em pomenu,&#8221; je poudaril Udovi\u010d in izrazil prepri\u010danje, da prostega trga ni mogo\u010de omejiti. &#8220;Posredniki bodo zagotovo na\u0161li obvode,&#8221; je dodal.<\/p>\n<p>Spremembe, ki jih predlagajo v Levici, dolo\u010dajo omejitev vi\u0161ine pla\u010dila za posredovanje pri najemu na \u0161tiri odstotke pogodbene vrednosti oziroma ne ve\u010d kot eno mese\u010dno najemnino in ne manj kot 150 evrov.<\/p>\n<p>Gre za \u0161iritev omejitev provizij, ki trenutno veljajo za prodajo nepremi\u010dnin, tudi na njihovo oddajo. Poleg tega med drugim omejujejo vi\u0161ino dodatnih stro\u0161kov, ki si jih lahko zara\u010dunajo nepremi\u010dninski posredniki, na najve\u010d 150 evrov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zbornica za poslovanje z nepremi\u010dninami pri GZS je na dana\u0161njem posvetu o spremembah zakona o nepremi\u010dninskem posredovanju znova izpostavila nedopustnost regulacije cen posredovanja.
