Potem mora to postati va\u0161a vsakdanja navada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Odhod v telovadnico ali vadbo vsak dan ob istem \u010dasu je recept za izgubo ne\u017eelenih kilogramov, pravijo strokovnjaki.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskava, ki je vklju\u010devala 375 odraslih oseb, je pokazala, da morajo ljudje, ki nimajo rednih vadbenih navad, vaditi dlje kot tisti, ki telovadijo vsak dan ob istem \u010dasu.
