Pri tem je te\u017eko lo\u010diti splo\u0161ne koristi vadbe za srce, jetra in mi\u0161ice od posebnega vpliva na mo\u017egane, so zapisali na spletni strani univerze Oregon Health &amp; Science University v ameri\u0161kem Portlandu, kjer so izvedli \u0161tudijo.<\/p>\n<h2>Vaje ugodno delujejo na spomin<\/h2>\n<p>Soavtor \u0161tudije Gary Westbrook s te univerze je pojasnil, da so \u017eeleli v svoji \u0161tudiji ugotoviti poseben vpliv vaj na mo\u017egane. Tako so na mi\u0161ih prou\u010devali odziv mo\u017eganov na kratkotrajne vaje. Mi\u0161i, ki sicer pogosto mirujejo, so za kratka obdobja dali v kolo za tek. V dveh urah so skupaj pretekle nekaj kilometrov.<\/p>\n<p>Znanstveniki so ugotovili, da se je ob kratkotrajnih vajah, ki so enake 4000 korakom pri \u010dloveku, pove\u010dalo \u0161tevilo sinaps v hipokampusu. To je del mo\u017eganov, ki je odgovoren za kratkoro\u010dni in dolgoro\u010dni spomin ter tudi tesno vpleten v prostorsko navigacijo. Do klju\u010dne ugotovitve so pri\u0161li z analizo genov, ki so se okrepili v posameznem nevronih, ki so se aktivirali med vadbo mi\u0161i.<\/p>\n<p>Izstopal je gen Mtss1L, v katerem je protein, ki povzro\u010da upogibanje celi\u010dne membrane.
