V na\u0161em telesu se razgradijo v aminokisline, ki jih telo uporabi za popravilo in rast novih celic. Ker jih prebavljamo dlje, kot ogljikove hidrate, nam dlje \u010dasa dajejo ob\u010dutek sitosti, zaradi \u010desar je sploh med dieto smiselno pove\u010dati dele\u017e beljakovin v prehrani. In \u010deprav so jajca, meso in mle\u010dni izdelki bogati viri beljakovin, lahko hkrati vsebujejo tudi veliko nasi\u010denih ma\u0161\u010dob in holesterola, zato je priporo\u010dljivo \u010dimve\u010d proteinov zau\u017eiti z \u017eivili rastlinskega izvora.<\/p>\n<h2>Najbolj\u0161i rastlinski viri beljakovin<\/h2>\n<p>\u017divila rastlinskega izvora, ki so bogata z beljakovinami, bi morala biti del vsakega jedilnika &#8211; ne le vegetarijanskega in veganskega. Predstavljamo 12 najbolj kakovostnih rastlinskih virov beljakovin in nekaj namigov, kako jih vklju\u010diti v prehrano.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Grah<\/h2>\n<p>Grah, kot vse stro\u010dnice, je bogat z beljakovinami. Pripravite ga lahko na \u0161tevilne na\u010dine. Na\u0161 predlog je grahov humus: kuhan grah zmiksamo s \u010desnom, sve\u017eim peter\u0161iljem, olivnim oljem, limoninim sokom in nekaj soli. Kvinoja<\/h2>\n<p>Za razliko od ve\u010dine \u017eit, kvinoja vsebuje velik dele\u017e beljakovin. Uporabljamo jo lahko kot nadomestek za ri\u017e (ri\u017eote, solate,&#8230;) lahko pa jo tudi zmeljemo in dodamo v testo za kruh.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Ore\u0161\u010dki in masla iz ore\u0161\u010dkov<\/h2>\n<p>Ore\u0161\u010dki, kot denimo mandlji, indijski ore\u0161\u010dki, makadamija in pistacije, so bogat vir zdravih ma\u0161\u010dob in beljakovin, zato so nepogre\u0161ljiv del prehrane na rastlinski osnovi.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Fi\u017eol<\/h2>\n<p>Porcija fi\u017eola vsebuje enako koli\u010dino beljakovin kot hamburger. Minus nasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobe. Strokovnjaki pravijo, da laho brez slabe vesti uporabimo fi\u017eol iz plo\u010devinke, \u010de nam ni do namakanja in kuhanja suhega fi\u017eola. Fi\u017eol iz plo\u010devinke stresemo v cedilo in ga dobro speremo, nato ga uporabimo za katerokoli fi\u017eolovo jed.<\/p>\n<h2>5. \u010ci\u010derika<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ci\u010derika vsebuje veliko beljakovin in vlaknin in sodi med manj kalori\u010dna \u017eivila. Okusno stro\u010dnico uporabimo v solatah, enolon\u010dnicah in zelenjavnih jedeh, ali iz nje pripravimo humus, ki ga postre\u017eemo npr. z zelenjavo in plo\u0161\u010datim polnozrnatim kruhom ali polpete, t.i. falafle.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Tofu in tempeh<\/h2>\n<p>Ta dva klasi\u010dna sojina izdelka sta izjemno bogata z beljakovinami. Pripravimo ju na \u0161tevilne na\u010dine; tofu za\u010dinimo in pope\u010demo v ponvi, na \u017earu ali ga prepra\u017eimo, uporabimo pa ga lahko tudi v sendvi\u010dih in solatah. Kupimo lahko tudi tak\u0161nega z dodatki (zelenjava, zeli\u0161\u010da, za\u010dimbe), prekajenega ali celo mehkega, ki se imenuje svilnati tofu &#8211; ta se odli\u010dno obnese v sladicah!<\/p>\n<h2>7. Zelenjava<\/h2>\n<p>Listnata in druga zelenjava stro\u010dnicam po vsebnosti beljakovin seveda ne se\u017eejo niti do kolen, a ker so to nizkokalori\u010dna \u017eivila s \u0161tevilnimi antioksidanti, vitamini in minerali, jih moramo v \u010dimve\u010djem in raznolikem \u0161tevilu vklju\u010devati v na\u0161o prehrano, hkrati pa s tem zau\u017eijemo tudi precej razli\u010dnih aminokislin. Mlada \u0161pina\u010da, brokoli, ohrovt itd. v uravnote\u017eeni prehrani preprosto ne smejo manjkati!<\/p>\n<h2>8. Konoplja<\/h2>\n<p>Ne, ne \u017eelimo vas prepri\u010dati v u\u017eivanje marihuane. Gre za prehransko konopljo, ki se vedno bolj uveljavlja tudi pri nas in jo pridelujejo tudi slovenski kmetje. Konopljina semena so zelo okusen dodatek raznim jedem, s konopljino moko pa boste obogatili kruh. Na trgu so tudi \u010diste konopljine beljakovine v prahu, ki bodo predvsem \u0161portnikom pomagale zadostiti pove\u010dani potrebi po proteinih.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Semena chia<\/h2>\n<p>Chia je zelo zanimivo \u017eivilo, polno vlaknin in beljakovin, ki ga lahko uporabljamo na razne na\u010dine. Lahko jo zmiksamo v smoothiju, potrosimo po solati, zme\u0161amo v jogurt ali kosmi\u010de, iz nje pa lahko pripravimo tudi zabavne sladice, saj ta semena v stiku z vodo \u017eelirajo.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Sezam, mak, son\u010dni\u010dna in druga semena<\/h2>\n<p>Semena so bogata z zdravimi ma\u0161\u010dobami in beljakovinami. Dodajte jih \u017eitaricam, kruhu, smoothijem, solatam, polpetom itd. Ste vedeli, da imajo semena, \u010de jih pred uporabo kalimo (en ve\u010der prej jih namo\u010dimo v vodo) 500-krat ve\u010d vitaminov in encimov, kot suha? Enako velja za ore\u0161\u010dke. Uporabimo jih lahko na enak na\u010din, kot mleko, kupimo pa lahko tudi jogurte in celo sire rastlinskega izvora.
