Idelen obrok je na primer polovica kro\u017enika zelenjave in\/ali sadja, \u010detrtino naj zaseda pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dje meso ali riba, preostalo \u010detrtino pa kvinoja, polnozrnat ri\u017e ali polnozrnat kruh.<\/p>\n<h2>Kaj in kdaj jesti po vadbi?<\/h2>\n<p>Po kon\u010danem treningu je potrebno jesti. In to takoj! Le tako si bo telo opomoglo od naporne vadbe, z zdravim obrokom pa bomo pospe\u0161ili regeneracijo ter rast mi\u0161ic.<\/p>\n<p>Idealna kombinacija sta banana in jogurt, ki ju lahko posujete s pestjo orehov ali mandljev.<\/p>\n<p>V.
