Hitro pride potreba po nezdravih prigrizkih, kot nagrada po napornem dnevu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Kako se odvaditi slabih navad in premagati izgovore?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Predstavila ti bom nekaj nasvetov, s katerim lahko postane\u0161 bolj motivirana pri vadbi in prehrani.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Zapisuj si.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Izdelaj si vadbeni in prehranski dnevnik, kjer si bo\u0161 zapisovala zau\u017eite obroke in \u0161portne aktivnosti na tedenski ravni. Na primer: Izberi ajdovo ka\u0161o namesto klasi\u010dnih testenin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Naj bo zabavno!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u010ce si tip osebe, ki ti postane prehitro dolg\u010das, lahko izbere\u0161 razli\u010dne tipe vadb.
