Aktivnost, ki zadostuje, da se izognete nabiranju kilogamov jeseni, je hoja! Tukaj je\u00a05 razlogov, zakaj so prav jesenski sprehodi tako zelo koristni za na\u0161e zdravje!<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Jesen je idealen \u010das za to, saj je \u010das potovanj, po\u010ditnic in piknikov za vami, do prazni\u010dne sezone in dru\u017eenj pa je \u0161e kar nekaj \u010dasa. Torej, v vsa\u0161em vsakodnevu se bo v jeseni zagotovo na\u0161la polurna &#8220;luknja&#8221;, ki jo lahko izkoristite za sprehod.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Ni ve\u010d vro\u010de in vla\u017eno<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visoke temperature in vla\u017een zrak so pogosto razlog, zakaj v poletnih mesecih ne telovadimo toliko kot sicer. Brez vro\u010dine in pretirane vla\u017enost zraka pa treningi na prostem postanejo veliko bolj prijetni. Prijetne temperature bodo oli\u010den zagon, da se spet pogosteje odlo\u010dite za telesno aktivnost, pogosta telesna aktivnost pa bo odli\u010dno dela va\u0161emu zdravju in liniji.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Spet boste za\u010deli jesti bolj zdravo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010ce boste jeseni redno telesno aktivni, boste manj verjetno ru\u0161ili ves svoj trud z nezdravo hrano in boste posve\u010dali ve\u010d pozornosti zravi hrani, ki je izjemno pomembna pri doseganju \u017eeljenih rezultatov. Zahvaljujo\u010d jesenskemu sadju in zelenjavi boste va\u0161e telo in um nahranili na najbolj\u0161i mo\u017een na\u010din, z vitamini. Ko bo pri\u0161lo hladnej\u0161e obdobje ne boste \u017eeleli uni\u010diti dose\u017eenih rezultatov\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po dveh, treh mesecih aktivnosti in zdrave prehrane, boste v \u010dasu prazni\u010dne zimske sezone te\u017eje zavrgli vse dose\u017eene rezultate.
