S \u0161portnim psihologom Matejem Tu\u0161akom in prehransko strokovnjakinjo Brigito \u017dinko smo pod drobnogled vzeli 5 korakov za zdrav \u017eivljenjski slog!<\/p>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><figcaption>Foto: Profimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>1.KORAK: Star\u0161i, u\u010dite z zgledom!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Otrok se zdravih navad u\u010di \u017ee v zgodnjem otro\u0161tvu, najve\u010dji vpliv pri njihovem ponotranjenju pa imajo prav star\u0161i. Star\u0161i boste svoje otroke najve\u010d nau\u010dili, \u010de se boste tudi sami uravnote\u017eeno prehranjevali, redno gibali, skrbeli za osebno in \u010dustveno higieno! Ne pozabite niti na smeh. Saj poznate pregovor \u2013 smeh je pol zdravja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>2.KORAK: Hrana je gorivo!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;Hrana za telo predstavlja gorivo, saj vsebuje snovi, ki omogo\u010dajo, da telo raste in se razvija, hkrati pa ga oskrbujejo z energijo. \u010ce uporabljamo slabo gorivo, bomo utrujeni, slabe volje, po\u010dasi bomo razmi\u0161ljali. Zato je zelo pomembno, da si vsak dan privo\u0161\u010dimo dobro gorivo, dobro hrano, da bomo polni energije,&#8221; pravi prehranska strokovnjakinja<strong>Brigita \u017dinko<\/strong>. Sama priporo\u010da pet obrokov na dan, ki naj bodo razporejeni na tri ure. Kosilo in ve\u010derja naj vklju\u010dujeta zelenjavo, beljakovine in ogljikove hidrate. Zajtrk je lahko brez zelenjave, \u010de jo bomo dovolj pojedli kasneje \u010dez dan. Obe malici naj bosta sadni in vsaka malica naj vklju\u010duje drugo sadje. \u010ce pojemo dovolj sadja, ne bomo \u010dutili \u017eelje po sladkarijah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>3.KORAK: Gibajte se vsak dan!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;Gibanje prispeva k razvoju koordinacije, pomaga prepre\u010devati in nadzirati ob\u010dutke strahu, pomaga graditi samozavest, ustvarja medsebojne odnose in pomaga pri vklju\u010devanju v dru\u017ebo. Ti pozitivni u\u010dinki otrokom pomagajo pri premagovanju stresa, tekmovalnosti in sede\u010dega na\u010dina \u017eivljenja, ki je zelo pogosto prisoten v sodobnem \u017eivljenjskem slogu. Gibanje je osnova za zdravo \u017eivljenje in je prvi temelj, ki ga moramo zgraditi v zgodnji mladosti,&#8221; pravi\u00a0<strong>Matej Tu\u0161ak<\/strong>, ugledni \u0161portni psiholog.\u00a0 Gibati se moramo vsak dan \u2013 vsi star\u0161i in otroci! Tukaj psiholog te\u017eavo vidi predvsem pri star\u0161ih, zato jim predlaga:\u00bb \u010ce vam \u010das ne dopu\u0161\u010da dalj\u0161ega sprehoda, poskusite prehoditi vsaj za eno nadstropje stopnic ali pa parkirajte 10 minut stran od delovnega mesta in preostanek poti prehodite!\u00ab<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>4.KORAK: Dovolj in dobro spite!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na dobro spanje vpliva veliko dejavnikov, kakovosten spanec pa je klju\u010den za zdravje. Pred spanjem se dobro sprostite in poskrbite, da vas ne bo ni\u010d motilo. O\u010ditno je, da smo ob pomanjkanju spanja bolj razdra\u017eljivi in imamo slab\u0161o sposobnost pomnjenja in koncentracije, vendar pa spanje vpliva tudi na \u010dezmerno telesno te\u017eo in slab\u0161e delujo\u010d imunski sistem. Poskrbite, da si boste vsako no\u010d privo\u0161\u010dili vsaj osem ur kakovostnega spanja. To je \u0161e posebej pomembno pri \u0161oloobveznih otrocih, ki rastejo in se razvijajo.
