Poleg \u0161porta pa lahko to dose\u017ee\u0161 tudi z nekaterimi bolj lenobnimi ukrepi.<\/p>\n<h2>Mraz<\/h2>\n<p>Na\u0161e telo porabi veliko energije, da v hladnej\u0161em okolju ohranja idealno telesno temperaturo. Za\u0161\u010diti svoje zobe in vedno izberi \u017eve\u010dilko brez sladkorja.<\/p>\n<h2>Daruj kri<\/h2>\n<p>Na\u0161e telo po darovanju krvi porabi ogromno energije, da ustvari nove beljakovine, potrebne za tvorbo nove krvi.\u00a0Krvi seveda ne more\u0161 darovati vsak dan, (dejansko je treba po\u010dakati kaka dva meseca, preden lahko ponovno daruje\u0161 kri), vseeno pa so koristi \u0161tevilne.
