To se sli\u0161i logi\u010dno, nenazadnje je resni\u010dno zahteval vse od svojega telesa.<\/p>\n<p>Kot ka\u017ee raziskava, ki jo je naredila skupina francoskih znanstvenikov, pa je povsem mo\u017eno, da ta napor vpliva tudi na delovanje mo\u017eganov. Pri telesni iz\u010drpanosti se utrudijo tudi mo\u017egani, zaradi \u010desar \u010dlovek ni sposoben sprejemati enakih odlo\u010ditev, kot bi jih v primeru odli\u010dne forme, so avtorji raziskave zapisali v \u010dlanku, objavljenem na spletnem portalu Current Biology.<\/p>\n<p>V raziskavi je sodelovalo 37 mo\u0161kih, ki so se ukvarjali s triatlonom. Med njimi jih je moralo 19 za tri tedne \u0161e okrepiti svoj na\u010drt vadbe, intenzivnost vaj so namre\u010d pove\u010dali za 40 odstotkov. Preostalih 18 sodelujo\u010dih je sledilo svojemu obi\u010dajnemu na\u010drtu treninga.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultati so povsem jasni: \u0161portniki, ki so preve\u010d trenirali, so poleg pretirane telesne utrujenosti utrpeli tudi psihi\u010dno iz\u010drpanost, je komentiral vodja raziskave Bastien Blain z univerze College London.<\/p>\n<p>Meritve so pokazale, da je bilo v primeru izredno napornega treninga prizadeto tisto obmo\u010dje mo\u017eganov, ki je odgovorno za sprejemanje odlo\u010ditev. Pri \u0161portnikih je bilo to jasno opaziti pri njihovem vedenju, njihovo ravnanje je bilo namre\u010d bolj impulzivno.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u0161na impulzivno sprejemanje odlo\u010ditev je zelo jasno pokazal preprost test. Ko so sodelujo\u010de v raziskavi vpra\u0161ali, ali \u017eelijo takoj 80 evrov ali pa bi raje po\u010dakali dva tedna, da bi dobili 100 evrov, so tisti s pretirano telesno vadbo ve\u010dinoma izbrali takoj\u0161njo nagrado, namesto da bi po\u010dakali na ve\u010dji znesek.<\/p>\n<p>Predvsem pri intenzivnem treningu to pomeni, da se mora \u010dlovek zavestno odlo\u010diti za premor. Kajti \u010deprav kondicijski trening ugodno vpliva na zdravje, pa lahko pretiravanje negativno vpliva na telo &#8211; tako na mi\u0161ice kot na mo\u017egane.
