Seveda je lepo, \u010de skrbimo zase in izgledamo lepo, ampak poleg lepote je pomembno tudi zdravje. Pri vadbi se osredoto\u010damo na glavni del treninga in na na\u0161e cilje, ki smo si jih zastavili (izguba ma\u0161\u010dobne mase, pridobitev mi\u0161i\u010dne mase\u2026)\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">S sede\u010dim na\u010dinom \u017eivljenja in s staranjem, se na\u0161a gibljivost lahko zmanj\u0161a. Vaja po\u010depa, ki naj bi ga oseba pravilno izvedla, postane te\u017eka in tehnika nepravilna. Poleg glavnega dela treninga ne smemo torej pozabiti na vaje za gibljivost in fleksibilnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kaj je fleksibilnost in funkcionalna gibljivost?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fleksibilnost je odvisna od dol\u017eine ali togosti mi\u0161i\u010dnega tkiva, ki poteka preko sklepa ali preko ve\u010d sklepnega sistema. Pri fleksibilnosti ni nujno, da ima oseba dobro koordinacijo, ravnote\u017eje in mo\u010d. \u010ce \u017eelimo raztegniti mi\u0161ico v sklepu, ki ima omejeno gibljivost, ne bomo dosegli optimalnega cilja, in obratno. Zato igra pomembno vlogo tudi sklepna gibljivost.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Funkcionalna gibljivost (mobilnost) je povezana s premikanjem delov telesa v polni amplitudi, brez omejitev in brez kompenzacij. Pomembno vlogo igrajo fleksibilnost, jakost, koordinacija in tudi ravnote\u017eje. Funkcionalno gibljivost ocenjujemo v ve\u010d sklepnih gibalnih vzorcih. Na primer: Pri izvedbi po\u010depa opazujemo polo\u017eaj telesnih segmentov (npr. medenice, stopal, gle\u017enjev). Pri izvedbi po\u010depa ocenjujemo tudi mo\u010d, koordinacijo in ravnote\u017eje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Da bi dolo\u010dene vaje izvedli funkcionalno, je priporo\u010dljivo v trening redno vklju\u010diti vaje za sklepno gibljivost in fleksibilnost (vaje za raztezanje).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Kdaj vklju\u010diti v trening vaje za sklepno gibljivost in fleksibilnost?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pogosto se pred glavnim delom vadbe ogrejemo na kardio napravah. Na tekalni stezi, kolesu, orbitreku in podobnih napravah dvignemo telesno temperaturo in povi\u0161amo telesni utrip, a ne razgibamo sklepov v polni amplitudi. Zato je priporo\u010dljivo, da pred glavnim delom vadbe vklju\u010dimo tudi vaje, s katerimi delamo na primerni in polni sklepni gibljivosti . Sklepe pripravimo na vadbeni del, saj se sklep nama\u017ee s sklepno teko\u010dino. Sklep bo pripravljen na doseganje ve\u010dje amplitude giba. Poleg vaj za sklepno gibljivost, je pomembna tudi redna masa\u017ea mi\u0161i\u010dnega tkiva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u010ce nimamo polne mobilnosti bo na\u0161e gibanje nekvalitetno in pojavile se bodo kompenzacije. S tak\u0161nim gibanjem se nam poru\u0161i stabilnost, izgubljamo energijo, soo\u010damo se z neenakomerno obremenitvijo telesnih segmentov, imamo slabo kontrolo med samim gibanjem.\u00a0 S polno mobilnostjo zmanj\u0161amo mo\u017enost po\u0161kodb, izbolj\u0161amo jakost in mo\u010d, imamo ve\u010djo ekonomi\u010dnost gibanja.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V ogrevalni del vadbe vklju\u010dimo torej vaje za mobilnost. Redno se raztezajmo, na dneve, ko imamo regeneracijo.
