Ta odstotek je treba v prihodnje ob\u010dutno pove\u010dati, saj je zadostno u\u017eivanje vlaknin, to je najmanj 30 gramov dnevno, varovalni dejavnik pred razli\u010dnimi kroni\u010dnimi boleznimi,&#8221; so izpostavili na in\u0161titutu.<\/p>\n<p>Kot so povzeli, se je z industrializacijo pove\u010dal obseg u\u017eivanja belega kruha, ki je z vidika hranilne vrednosti precej bolj osiroma\u0161en od polnozrnatega. V procesu pridobivanja bele moke se namre\u010d odstrani ve\u010dina koristne prehranske vlaknine, nekatera mikrohranila in druge bioaktivne snovi. Polnozrnata \u017eita se tako priporo\u010da za u\u017eivanje predvsem zaradi vi\u0161je vsebnosti prehranske vlaknine, ki v \u017eelodcu nabrekne in s tem upo\u010dasni praznjenje \u017eelodca ter podalj\u0161a \u010das potovanja hrane po tankem \u010drevesju, zato smo tudi dlje \u010dasa siti.<\/p>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><figcaption>Foto: Profimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Za vpliv prehranskih vlaknin na zdravje je odobrenih tudi nekaj zdravstvenih trditev. &#8220;Za razli\u010dne vrste prehranskih vlaknin je bilo potrjeno, da imajo vlogo pri vzdr\u017eevanju ravni holesterola, da prispevajo k manj\u0161emu porastu ravni glukoze v krvi po obroku ter da imajo vlogo pri delovanju \u010drevesja, saj uravnavajo prehajanje \u010drevesne vsebine,&#8221; so navedli.<\/p>\n<p>In\u0161titut bo z dana\u0161njim dnem in na tedenski ravni za\u010del objavljati zanimive vsebine o polnozrnatih \u017eivilih.
