Kot je dodal, lahko posameznik \u017eelezo bodisi izgublja s krvavitvami ali pa je manko posledica nezadostnega vnosa \u017eeleza v telo.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/zdravje\/zdravo-zivljenje\/ajboljsa-hrana-proti-slabokrvnosti\/\">Najbolj\u0161a hrana proti slabokrvnosti<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Slabokrvnost bistveno poslab\u0161a kakovost \u017eivljenja. Posledice slabokrvnosti so utrujenost, slabo po\u010dutje, nespe\u010dnost, zmanj\u0161ane kognitivne sposobnosti in nezmo\u017enost opravljanja vsakodnevnih opravkov. Ker lahko posledice slabokrvnosti vodijo do nezavesti ali celo v smrt, je pomembno, da se ta pravi \u010das prepozna in se ustrezno ukrepa.<\/p>\n<p>Kot je opozorila hematologinja z Univerzitetnega klini\u010dnega centra Ljubljana Irena Prelo\u017enik Zupanova, je anemija zelo redko samostojna bolezen, pa\u010d pa jo pogosto spremljajo druge kroni\u010dne bolezni. Zato strokovnjaki spodbujajo ljudi, naj obi\u0161\u010dejo svojega osebnega zdravnika, ki bo opravil krvno sliko.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/zdravje\/zdravo-zivljenje\/za-slabokrvnost-ni-krivo-le-pomanjkanje-zeleza-lahko-nakazuje-stevilne-druge-tezave-v-nasem-telesu\/\">Za slabokrvnost ni krivo le pomanjkanje \u017eelela &#8230;lahko nakazuje \u0161tevilne druge te\u017eave v na\u0161em telesu!<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pri \u017eenskah govorimo o slabokrvnosti, kadar je zaloga \u017eeleza pod 120 miligramov na liter krvi, pri mo\u0161kih je ta meja 130 miligramov.<\/p>\n<p>Sicer pa je Prelo\u017enik Zupanova poudarila pomen zdravega \u017eivljenjskega sloga, zlasti zdrave prehrane, za prepre\u010devanje pomanjkanja \u017eeleza v krvi. &#8220;Vsa sodobna prehrana z ogromno koli\u010dino sladkorja, bele moke in dodatkov vodijo v kroni\u010dne bolezni, ki lahko posledi\u010dno pripeljejo do pojava slabokrvnosti,&#8221; je opozorila.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dru\u0161tvo za zdravje srca in o\u017eilja Slovenije ob mednarodnem dnevu pomanjkanja \u017eeleza opozarja na pomen pravo\u010dasnega odkritja slabokrvnosti, saj lahko ta povzro\u010di hude zdravstvene zaplete, celo smrt.
