Raziskovalci, na \u010delu z dr. Anno-Leeno Vuorinen, so tako ugotovili, da zdravi ljudje za zajtrk obi\u010dajno jejo tri vrste \u017eivil. Sadje je bil najbolj priljubljen izbor za zajtrk, izbralo ga je 51% sodelujo\u010dih v raziskavi. Na drugem mestu so se zna\u0161li mle\u010dni izdelki, za zajtrk jih je jedlo kar 41% vpra\u0161anih zdravih ljudi z zdravo telesno te\u017eo, na tretjem mestu pa so \u017eitni kosmi\u010di, katere za zajtrk je 33% vpra\u0161anih.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ceprav imamo kruh in pekovske izdelke za izvor nepotrebnih kalorij, je kar 32% ljudi v raziskavi priznalo, da svoj dan za\u010dne s tovrstno hrano. Najbolj zanimiv od vsega pa je podatek, da je le 26% vpra\u0161anih priznalo, da za zajtrk pije kavo, medtem ko preostalih 74% na delo odhaja in opravlja svoje vsakodnevne obveznosti brez kofeinske pomo\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Namesto omejevanja svoje prehane in izogibanju svojim priljubljenim jedem ali \u017eivilom, se nabiranje kilogramov raje prepre\u010di tako, da se nau\u010dimo poslu\u0161ati potrebe svojega organizma, hkrati pa damo prednost kvaliteti in ne kvantiteti obroka,&#8221; je rezultate raziskave pojasnila Anna-Leena Vuorinen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ljudje, ki ohranjajo svojo zdravo te\u017eo in so fizi\u010dn zdravi ne da bi se preve\u010d odrekali dolo\u010deni hrani, so neiz\u010drpen vir informacij za strokovnjake.
