{"id":411623,"date":"2019-12-04T09:48:56","date_gmt":"2019-12-04T08:48:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/?p=411623"},"modified":"2019-12-04T09:48:56","modified_gmt":"2019-12-04T08:48:56","slug":"v-zimskem-casu-kar-80-odstotkom-odraslih-primanjkuje-vitamina-d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/zdrav-duh-telo\/v-zimskem-casu-kar-80-odstotkom-odraslih-primanjkuje-vitamina-d\/","title":{"rendered":"V zimskem \u010dasu kar 80 odstotkom odraslih primanjkuje vitamina D"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Med starej\u0161imi odraslimi nad 65 let so z vitaminom D nekoliko bolje preskrbljene \u017eenske, med odraslimi do 65 let pa mo\u0161ki, ka\u017eejo rezultati raziskave, ki jo je izvedel In\u0161titut za nutricionistiko v sodelovanju z Nacionalnim in\u0161titutom za javno zdravje in Univerzitetnim klini\u010dnim centrom.<\/p>\n<p>Sodelovalo je 280 oseb, starih med 18 in 74 let. Preskrbljenost z vitaminom D pa so raziskovalci dolo\u010dali na osnovi laboratorijskih analiz vzorcev krvi.<\/p>\n<p>Kot navaja vodja projekta z in\u0161tituta Igor Pravst, so \u0161e bolj zaskrbljujo\u010di rezultati vrednotenja z upo\u0161tevanjem stro\u017ejih priporo\u010dil mednarodnega Zdru\u017eenja za endokrinologijo, ki ka\u017eejo, da je v obdobju zime z vitaminom D optimalno preskrbljenih manj kot pet odstotkov odraslih.<\/p>\n<p>Precej bolj\u0161a situacija pa je bila poleti, ko je bilo z vitaminom D preskrbljenih 60 odstotkov starej\u0161ih odraslih in 75 odstotkov odraslih, mlaj\u0161ih od 65 let. V tem \u010dasu je optimalno preskrbljenost z vitaminom D dosegalo 27 odstotkov starej\u0161ih odraslih in 37 odstotkov odraslih do 65 let, od tega 43 odstotkov mo\u0161kih in 31 odstotkov \u017eensk. V raziskavo so sicer zajeli tudi prebivalce, ki so poro\u010dali, da u\u017eivajo prehranska dopolnila z vitaminom D.<\/p>\n<p>Bodo pa rezultati raziskave predstavljali pomembno izhodi\u0161\u010de za nov raziskovalni projekt Izzivi doseganja ustrezne preskrbljenosti z vitaminom D, ki je bil za\u010det v leto\u0161njem letu. Hkrati se vzpostavlja tudi strokovna skupina, ki bo na osnovi razpolo\u017eljivih podatkov pripravila nacionalne smernice za preskrbo z vitaminom D.<\/p>\n<p>Gre za izjemno pomemben vitamin, ki igra eno klju\u010dnih vlog pri normalnemu delovanju \u010dlove\u0161kega telesa. Med drugim pove\u010duje zmo\u017enost tankega \u010drevesa, da lahko u\u010dinkovito absorbira kalcij iz prehrane, klju\u010den pa je tudi za normalno delovanje imunskega sistema, navajajo na in\u0161titutu za nutricionistiko.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin D lahko nastaja v \u010dlove\u0161ki ko\u017ei, kadar je dovolj \u010dasa izpostavljena dovolj intenzivni son\u010dni svetlobi. Tekom poletja potrebe po vitaminu D pokrijemo \u017ee s kraj\u0161o zmerno izpostavljenostjo soncu, denimo s 15-minutnim sprehodom, \u010de so soncu izpostavljene vsaj roke in obraz. Nasprotno pa je jeseni in pozimi zaradi pomanjkanja ali slab\u0161e intenzitete son\u010dnih \u017earkov biosinteza v ko\u017ei zmanj\u0161ana, zato je potreben ustrezen prehranski vnos.<\/p>\n<p>Najpomembnej\u0161e prehranske vire vitamina D v uravnote\u017eeni prehrani predstavljajo predvsem razli\u010dna \u017eivila \u017eivalskega izvora, kot so ribe, jajca, mleko in mle\u010dni izdelki, medtem ko ga rastlinska \u017eivila vsebujejo predvsem v obogatenih izdelkih. Zato lahko posameznik do neke mere \u017ee z rednim vklju\u010devanjem teh \u017eivil v priporo\u010deni pogostosti in koli\u010dini prispeva k svoji bolj\u0161i preskrbljenosti z vitaminom D. Proizvajalci dodajajo ta vitamin tudi v nekatera \u017eivila, najpogosteje v \u017eita za zajtrk, razli\u010dne namaze in napitke, pri katerih je to na ozna\u010dbi tudi jasno navedeno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Raziskava na odraslih Slovencih je pokazala precej\u0161nja sezonska nihanja v preskrbljenosti z vitaminom D.
