Kljub temu da se sli\u0161i preprosto, sitosti med procesom hranjenja z visoko kalori\u010dno hrano velikokrat sploh ne zaznamo,&#8221; je pojasnila predsednica sekcije javnih lekarni\u0161kih zavodov pri lekarni\u0161ki zbornici Darja Poto\u010dnik Ben\u010di\u010d. Ob tem je opozorila na negativne posledice medsebojnega delovanja zdravil in alkohola.<\/p>\n<p>Med prazniki je tveganje za preobremenitev \u017eelodca in jeter \u0161e toliko ve\u010dje. Decembrske pregrehe lahko poslab\u0161ajo tudi stanje \u0161tevilnih drugih, predvsem kroni\u010dnih, bolezni, kot so sladkorna bolezen, bolezni srca in o\u017eilja in bolezni plju\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zato tudi v prazni\u010dnih dneh svetujemo zmernost tako pri hrani kot tudi pri pija\u010di. Tudi zdravi obroki so lahko dobri, v\u010dasih zahtevajo le nekaj ve\u010d \u010dasa za pripravo,&#8221; \u0161e svetuje Poto\u010dnik Ben\u010di\u010deva.<\/p>\n<p>Pomembno je tudi, da se zavedamo, da smo med prazniki pojedli nekoliko ve\u010d in se nato v naslednjih dneh spet vrnemo v svoj obi\u010dajni ritem prehranjevanja ter nasploh ve\u010d pozornosti namenimo zdravemu \u017eivljenjskemu slogu, \u0161e dodajajo na zbornici.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prazni\u010dno vzdu\u0161je velikokrat vodi v prenajedanje s hrano, bogato s sladkorjem, z nasi\u010denimi ma\u0161\u010dobami, s soljo in prevelikimi koli\u010dinami popitega alkohola.
