Poleg tega \u0161port odpravlja posledice vsakodnevnega stresa in tudi prepre\u010duje nabiranje mote\u010dih ma\u0161\u010dobnih oblog. Manj\u0161e pregrehe, zlasti zdaj v \u010dasu bo\u017ei\u010dnih in novoletnih praznikov, je tako \u0161e mogo\u010de vsaj deloma nadoknaditi z dolgimi sprehodi.<\/p>\n<p>Te\u017eava pa je v tem, da so prav v prazni\u010dnih dneh \u0161tevilni komajda kaj telesno aktivni. Celo tisti, ki se sicer redno ukvarjajo s \u0161portom in so zato v dobri telesni kondiciji, med prazniki pogosto oble\u017eijo na kav\u010du &#8211; med obiski sorodnikov, bo\u017ei\u010dno ve\u010derjo in odvijanjem darili jim za telesno aktivnost preprosto zmanjka \u010dasa.<\/p>\n<p>Zdaj pa so se znanstveniki z univerze v Liverpoolu vpra\u0161ali, kak\u0161ne posledice ima za\u010dasno pomanjkanje vadbe. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 26 mladih in 21 starej\u0161ih oseb, ki so pred tem naredile vsaj 10.000 korakov dnevno in so bile torej v razmeroma dobri kondiciji. V \u010dasu raziskave so to gibanje za dva tedna omejile na zgolj 1500 korakov na dan.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultati so pokazali, da je v \u017ee tako kratkem \u010dasu pomanjkanje gibanja povzro\u010dilo pomembne spremembe v mi\u0161icah, kosteh in presnovi udele\u017eencev. Tako stari kot mladi udele\u017eenci raziskave so opazno izgubili mi\u0161i\u010dno maso, vsebnost mineralov v njihovih kosteh pa se je zmanj\u0161ala. Hkrati se je telesna ma\u0161\u010doba v pasu in tudi v mi\u0161icah merljivo pove\u010dala. Slednje je dodatno oslabilo mi\u0161ice in ob\u010dutno zmanj\u0161alo mo\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Pri starej\u0161ih udele\u017eencih raziskave je pri\u0161lo do \u0161e ene posledice premora v gibanju: po dveh tednih s samo 1500 koraki dnevno je dotok kisika v tkiva prek krvi deloval bistveno slab\u0161e, poslab\u0161ala se je tudi funkcija mitohondrijev, elektrarn celic. To je \u0161e dodatno prispevalo k izgubi mo\u010di in kondicije, ki je zna\u010dilna za starej\u0161e ljudi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u017de kratkotrajno pomanjkanje vadbe lahko resno vpliva na na\u0161e zdravje &#8211; to je pomembno vedeti,&#8221; je po poro\u010danju portala Physiological Society komentirala znanstvenica z univerze v Liverpoolu Juliette Norman.
