Za vas smo tokrat poiskali nekaj klju\u010dnih zapovedi, ki se jih pridno dr\u017eijo Japonci in tako ohranjajo svoje zdravje in vitko linijo. In o\u010ditno Japonci \u017ee vedo, kaj delajo, saj se je Japonska na seznamu Svetovne zdravstvene organizacije, kje zdravi ljudje \u017eivijo najdlje, s 74,5 leti uvrstila prav na prvo mesto.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. \u010ce bo\u0161 jedel kot sumo borec, bo\u0161 tudi videti kot sumo borec<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sumo borci ne dajajo nikak\u0161nega poudarka zajtrku. Takoj zjutraj za\u010dnejo s treningom, potem pa sledi obilno kosilo. Po kosilu je \u010das za po\u010ditek. Kasneje spet sledi trening in nato ve\u010derja. Torej, na dan pojejo dva velika obroka. A kar vam \u017eelimo povedati je, da so prav oni dokaz, da ne glede na to, kako zelo trdo treniramo, \u010de nimamo zdrave prehrane, je vse zaman in se bomo vseeno zredili. To, da jemo velike porcije ali da jemo veliko hitre prehrane, bo popolnoma izni\u010dili napore, ki jih vlo\u017eimo v trening. Zato, uravnote\u017eite svojo prehrano, vadbo in vzorce spanja, saj boste le tako lahko ohranili zdravo te\u017eo in zdrav \u017eivljenjski slog.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2.\u00a0Lahkotno kuhanje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Japonci se pri kuhanju vedno poslu\u017eujejo zdravih metod, vklju\u010dno z uporabo srcu koristnih olj, ter da surovih \u017eivil ne izpostavljajo predolgo visokim temperaturam. Pri kuhanju uporabljajo pra\u017eenje v voku, soparjenje, hitro pra\u017eenje, peko na \u017earu, jedi hitro ple prevrejo. Obo\u017eujejo sve\u017eo hrano in lahke prelive. Tak na\u010din kuhanja nas nasiti, a hkrati pusti v \u017eelodcu lahkoten ob\u010dutek.<\/p>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><figcaption>Foto: Profimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>3.\u00a0Toplota je \u017eivljenje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ideja o tem, da je toplota \u017eivljenje, se odra\u017ea predvsem v konceptu, da je hrana energija, ki jo u\u017eivamo. Sadje in zelenjava, ki uspevajo poleti, pomagajo telesu da se la\u017eje hladi in prilagodi vro\u010dim temperaturam, medtem ko \u017eivila, ki rastejo pozimi, obi\u010dajno vsebujejo ve\u010d kalorij, da na\u0161a telesa dobro ogrevajo v hladnih mesecih. Druga\u010den odnos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Japonci z veseljem posvetijo \u010das hrani in so vzgojeni v duhu, da u\u017eivajo v hrani. To tudi pomeni, da jejo zelo raznoliko hrano. Poleg njihovega zdravega odnosa do hrane, pa veliko svojega \u010dasa posvetijo tudi mimogrede vadbi, kot sta recimo kolesarjenje in hoja. Skupaj s pametnimi prehranjevalnimi odlo\u010ditvami in aktivnostjo Japonci ostajajo vitki in \u017eivijo dolgo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Izogibajo se pitju teko\u010dine med obrokom<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0160tevilni Japonci nikoli med obrokom ne pijejo teko\u010dine. Teko\u010dina namre\u010d ohlaja telo, torej pitje odvaja toploto, ki jo telo dobi med jedjo. Nekateri znanstveniki celo trdijo, da voda nevtralizira kislino, ki jo \u017eelodec proizvaja za prebavljanje, kar povzro\u010di, da telo potrebuje \u0161e ve\u010d energije za zaklju\u010dek tega procesa prebavljanja. Vro\u010da kopel podalj\u0161uje \u017eivljenje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le kdo ne obo\u017euje vro\u010de kopeli? Ta spro\u0161\u010da na\u0161e mi\u0161ice, pospe\u0161uje prekrvavljenost, hkrati pa pomirja. \u0160tevilni japonci prisegajo na redno vro\u010do kopel, ki poskrbi za \u010disto ko\u017eo, hitro prebavo in nenazadnje tudi dolgo \u017eivljenje.
