Predstavljamo vam osem posledic, ki bi jih lahko imela ta odlo\u010ditev, in nekatere niso tako dobre, kot se sprva zdi.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Izguba te\u017ee<\/h2>\n<p>Ko zmanj\u0161ate vnos ogljikovih hidratov, boste najprej opazili skoraj \u010darobno izgubo te\u017ee. Razdra\u017eljivost<\/h2>\n<p>Niste ob\u010dutljivi samo zato, ker ste kruh v sendvi\u010du zamenjali s solatnim listom. Ogljikovi hidrati, celi ali rafinirani, dvignejo nevrotransmiter serotonin v mo\u017eganih. Ko prenehate jesti zdrave polnozrnate \u017eitarice, se tudi va\u0161e razpolo\u017eenje spremeni.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Ni\u017eja raven energije<\/h2>\n<p>Ogljikovi hidrati so glavni vir energije za na\u0161e telo.
