Potrebno je pomisliti na tehniko izvedbe gibalnih vzorcev in se vpra\u0161ati, ali je dolo\u010dena vadba primerna za na\u0161o stopnjo pripravljenosti.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>1.Pred vadbo se posvetujte z vaditeljem<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u010ce niste sigurni, ali bi se udele\u017eili dolo\u010dene vadbe se najprej posvetujte z vaditeljem. Vzemite si 15 minut nekajkrat tedensko in izvajajte vaje za krepitev trupa. Mo\u010dan trup bo tako preventiva pred po\u0161kodbami na vadbi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4.Delajte na odpravi morebitnih pomanjkljivosti<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u010ce vam gibljivost sklepov in fleksibilnost mi\u0161ic prepre\u010duje pravilno izvedbo gibalnih vzorcev priporo\u010damo, da se posvetite odpravi dolo\u010denih pomanjkljivosti.
