A gre za nenadno nihanje v telesu, ker kmalu raven spet pade in znova boste \u017eeleli pojesti nekaj sladkega.<\/p>\n<p>Torej ve\u010d sladkarij kot boste pojedli, bolj jih bo telo \u017eelelo. Da bi to omejili, strokovnjaki svetujejo jemanje kroma, ki je pomemben za normalno delovanje inzulina v telesu in normalen pretok sladkorja v krvi.<\/p>\n<p>Sicer pa bo telo imelo dovolj kroma, \u010de boste u\u017eivali kakav, kavo, \u017eivila iz polnoznate moke in mle\u010dne izdelke. \u0160e posebej koristno je u\u017eivanje brokolija, stro\u010dnic in pitje grozdnega soka, saj so bogati s tem mineralom.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010cokolada &#8211; magnezij<\/h2>\n<p>Strokovnjaki menijo, da ima kar 80 odstotkov ljudi pomanjkanje magnezija v telesu, ta pa je dober tudi za vzdr\u017eevanje imunskega sistema in prepre\u010devanje vnetij. Prav tako igra klju\u010dno vlogo pri uravnote\u017eenju \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema in laj\u0161anju tesnobe ter pri zdravju kosti.<\/p>\n<p>\u017divila, bogata z magnezijem,\u00a0so temno zelena listnata zelenjava, ore\u0161\u010dki, semena, ribe, fi\u017eol, \u017eita, avokado, jogurt, banane in temna \u010dokolada.<\/p>\n<h2>Slana hrana &#8211; natrij<\/h2>\n<p>Nepopisno hrepenenje po slani hrani, prigrizkih in podobnem ka\u017ee, da telesu primanjkuje natrija, ki je zelo pomemben za vzdr\u017eevanje vode v telesu in s tem tudi krvnega tlaka. Vsebujejo triptofan, esencialno aminokislino, ki pomaga uravnavati proizvodnjo serotonina, znanega kot hormon sre\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Pomanjkanje triptofana v telesu vodi v slabo razpolo\u017eenje in tesnobo. Strokovnjaki svetujejo, da je bolje jesti puranje meso, jajca, banane ali ore\u0161\u010dke, namesto da posegate po na primer ocvrtem krompir\u010dku ali kak\u0161nem pecivu.<\/p>\n<h2>Meso &#8211; \u017eelezo<\/h2>\n<p>Pomanjkanje rde\u010dega mesa v prehrani lahko privede do pomanjkanja \u017eeleza v krvi, ki je odgovorno za transport kisika v telo in ima veliko vlogo pri podpori imunskega sistema. \u010ce trpite za pomanjkanjem \u017eeleza,\u00a0ste obi\u010dajno zelo utrujeni in vam\u00a0primanjkuje spanca.<\/p>\n<p>Strokovnjaki poudarjajo, da bi moralo biti rde\u010de meso na jedilniku vsaj enkrat na teden. \u017delezo pa najdemo tudi v jetrcih, \u017eitaricah, sardelah, bu\u010dnih semenih, brokoliju, \u0161pina\u010di, fi\u017eolu itd.<\/p>\n<h2>Kisla hrana &#8211; \u017eelod\u010dna kislina<\/h2>\n<p>Nenadna \u017eelja, da bi na primer grickali kisle kumarice, ka\u017ee, da telesu primanjkuje \u017eelod\u010dne kisline. To pa lahko povzro\u010di prebavne te\u017eave, alergije in ob\u010dutek nelagodja v trebuhu. \u017delod\u010dna kislina namre\u010d razgradi hrano in\u00a0dezinficira ter sterilizira \u017eivila, ki jih u\u017eivamo.
