Posledice so kmalu vidne na telesu, umu in du\u0161i, saj \u010dezmerni stres povzro\u010da \u0161tevilne bolezni sodobnega \u010dasa, tudi izgorelost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Robert Kri\u017eaj je priznan u\u010ditelj \u010duje\u010dnostnega programa<\/strong>\u00a0za obvladovanje stresa; izobra\u017eeval se je tudi pri njegovem utemeljitelju dr. Jonu Kabat-Zinnu. V priro\u010dniku nam skozi lastno izku\u0161njo u\u010denca in u\u010ditelja pojasni osnove te tehnike, njeno zdravilno mo\u010d v obdobju stresa, bole\u010dine in bolezni, in nas vodi skozi osemtedenski vadbeni program, ki krepi du\u0161evno in telesno zdravje.<\/p>\n<p>Avtor pojasnjuje, da \u010duje\u010dnost ni nekaj neoprijemljivega ali ezoteri\u010dnega, ampak temelj za osmi\u0161ljeno \u017eivljenje in dobre odnose. S prijaznostjo, modrostjo in bogatimi osebnimi ter u\u010diteljskimi izku\u0161njami nas bo vodi skozi program urjenja duha in telesa, da se nau\u010dimo razvijati druga\u010dno, bolj zavestno \u017eivljenje, ki s \u010duje\u010dnostjo postane polnej\u0161e, bolj ustvarjalno in predvsem manj stresno.<\/p>\n<p>Stres v \u017eivljenju je neizogiben in zdi se, da ga je \u010dedalje ve\u010d. \u010ce ga ne zmoremo obvladovati, prej ali slej zbolimo. Vsi pa nosimo v sebi sposobnost soo\u010danja s te\u017eavami, ki jo lahko z vadbo okrepimo. Program za zmanj\u0161evanje stresa, zasnovan na \u010duje\u010dnosti (MBSR \u2013 Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), je izvoren in najtemeljiteje raziskan program za urjenje \u010duje\u010dnosti na svetu. Z njim se nau\u010dimo bolje zavedati lastnega telesa in zaznati, kdaj \u010dutimo stres, jasneje razmi\u0161ljati, se na stres bolje odzivati in po njem la\u017eje okrevati, bolje upravljati \u010dustva, spoznavati, da so misli in sodbe dogodki v na\u0161em umu in ne nujno dejstva, dlje ohranjati osredoto\u010denost, krepiti prijaznost in so\u010dutje do sebe in so\u010dloveka.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cuje\u010dnost \u2013 zavestno ustavljanje, upo\u010dasnitev in posve\u010danje pozornosti temu, kaj in kako se dogaja, tukaj in zdaj \u2013 nam vra\u010da nazaj na\u0161e \u017eivljenje in ob\u010dutke celovitosti. Ponuja nam druga\u010den na\u010din bivanja in re\u0161itev za hitrost, povr\u0161nost in mimobe\u017enost \u017eivljenja. Ponuja nam mo\u017enost neposrednega\u00a0 in pristnega, stik s seboj, drugimi in naravo, s tistim, kar je res pomembno in je na\u0161a osnovna notranja potreba \u2013 potreba po stiku, saj smo primarno odnosna bitja. V hekti\u010dnosti in tekmovalnosti dru\u017ebe ponuja stabilnost in mir. Osmi\u0161lja in vra\u010da dobro po\u010dutje v tej dobi strahu, tesnobnosti in razpr\u0161ene pozornosti ter tako laj\u0161a trpljenje.
