Kajti prav ti zagotavljajo pomembne balastne snovi in vitamine, poleg tega glukoza, ki jo vsebujejo, ohranja raven sladkorja v krvi.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Priporo\u010dljivo je, da najmanj 50 procentov energije\u00a0po\u010drpamo iz zau\u017eitih <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/zdravje\/zdravo-zivljenje\/najbolj-zdravi-ljudje-na-svetu-pojejo-veliko-ogljikovih-hidratov\/\" target=\"_blank\">ogljikovih hidratov<\/a><\/strong>, \u010de pa ogljikovih hidratov ne zau\u017eijemo dovolj, to vpliva na na\u0161e zdravje in po\u010dutje.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/zdravje\/hujsanje-in-rekreacija\/7-ogljikovih-hidratov-s-pomocjo-kateri-bomo-shujsali\/\">7 ogljikovih hidratov, s pomo\u010djo katerih bomo shuj\u0161ali<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textBlock\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>5 znakov, ki nakazujejo, da nam primanjkuje ogljikovih hidratov:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Utrujenost:<\/strong>\u00a0\u010ce telesu primanjkuje glukoze, mu primanjkuje njegovega najpomebnej\u0161ega vira energije. In te snovi so klju\u010dne za zdravo prebavo. \u010ce telesu primanjkujejo balastne snovi, pride do zaprtja.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glavobol in izguba koncentracije:\u00a0<\/strong>Da bi na\u0161im mo\u017eganom zagotovili energijo, potrebujemo glukozo. \u010ce pride do pomanjkanja glukoze, smo zaradi tega pogosto neskoncentrirani.
