Zastavimo si realne cilje<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Za\u010detno navdu\u0161enje z \u017eeljo po zdravem na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja in spremembo videza so na\u0161i motivatorji, vendar ne bodimo prehitri. Ne zastavimo si cilja, ki za nas ni realen. Ne obljubljajmo si, da se bomo udele\u017eili vadbe vsak dan, \u010de na\u0161 \u017eivljenjski slog tega ne omogo\u010da. Na tedenski ravni planirajmo tudi po\u010ditek in na dan ko nimamo vadbe za mo\u010d se lahko udele\u017eimo kak\u0161ne druge vrste vadbe. Na primer joge, kjer se bomo sprostili in naredili raztezne vaje. \u010ce \u017ee dolgo \u010dasa nismo bili aktivni,\u00a0 bo ob redni vadbi sprememba hitro vidna.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2. Posvetujmo se s trenerjem<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u010ce nismo sigurni kako pri\u010deti s \u0161portno aktivnostjo in v pravilnost izvajanja vaj, se posvetujmo s strokovno osebo. Trener nam bo razlo\u017eil osnove, nam izdelal smiseln plan treninga in nas tako pribli\u017eal s samim na\u010dinom vadbe. Opozoril nas bo na morebitne napake med samo izvedbo vaje. K vadbi bomo tako pristopili bolj varno in samozavestno.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. V jedilnik vpeljimo spremembe postopoma<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u010ce smo si zadali cilj prehranjevati se bolj zdravo in mogo\u010de izgubiti kak\u0161en odve\u010den kilogram, vpeljimo\u00a0 spremembe postopoma. Zapisujmo si dnevnik prehranjevanja, kateremu bo sledila analiza. \u010ce imamo obroke napisane, bomo imeli pregled in tako la\u017eje izlo\u010dili \u017eivila, ki niso hranilna. Postopoma uvajajmo \u017eivila, ki so bolj zdrava. Bodimo odprti in u\u017eivajmo v preizku\u0161anju novih \u017eivil. \u010ce imamo prevelike obroke, jih zmanj\u0161ajmo le za dolo\u010den dele\u017e. Trudimo se, da si \u010dez dan uredimo obroke tako, da jih razporedimo v razmaku nekaj ur. Tako se bomo izognili prenajedanju v ve\u010dernih urah. Najdimo si nekaj \u010dasa v tednu, ko si lahko pripravimo malico za v slu\u017ebo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>4. Poskrbimo za udobno opremo<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Izberimo \u0161portna obla\u010dila, v katerih se bomo po\u010dutili udobno in moderno. Tako se bomo v \u0161portna obla\u010dila oblekli z veseljem. Obutev naj bo kvalitetna in naj nudi na\u0161im stopalom dobro podporo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>5. Stopimo iz cone udobja<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Da bi dosegli svoj zastavljen cilj bomo morali stopiti iz cone udobja. Za nekoga je to \u017ee vstop v vadbeni center in spoznavanje nove rutine, ki jo bomo vklju\u010dili v svoj \u017eivljenjski slog. Nekateri bomo spremenili tudi prehranjevalne navade in tako preizku\u0161ali nova \u017eivila in recepte.
