Z vsako vajo bomo v dolo\u010denem polo\u017eaju dr\u017eali to\u010dno dolo\u010dene to\u010dke, ki uravnavano razli\u010dne sisteme v telesu, ti pa posledi\u010dno vplivajo na na\u0161e telo in po\u010dutje. Opazujte, kaj se med vajami dogaja v va\u0161em telesu in poi\u0161\u010dite tisto, ki vam prina\u0161a najve\u010djo sprostitev.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaja 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eno dlan polo\u017eite na \u010delo, z drugo objemite zadnji del glave. Pritisk naj bo ne\u017een, med izvajanjem vaje globoko dihajte &#8211; v sede\u010dem ali le\u017ee\u010dem polo\u017eaju vsaj 3 do 5 minut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaja 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ena roka naj na strani glavi pokriva sence, tri prste druge naslonite na vdolbino pri grlu. Med izvajanjem vaje globoko dihajte &#8211; vsaj 2 do 3 minute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaja 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Med izvajanjem vaje globoko dihajte. Eno dlan polo\u017eite med prsi, z drugo tapkajte po &#8220;to\u010dki strahu&#8221;, ki le\u017ei med mezincem in prstancem prve roke. Tapkajte pribli\u017eno za 10-15 globokih vdihov in izdihov. Potem naredite pavzo z globokim vdihom in izdihom. Ponovno tapkajte po to\u010dki \u0161e za pribli\u017eno 3 minute. \u010ce stres \u0161e ni ponehal, vajo ponovite \u0161e na drugi roki.<\/p>\n<p>Jutri vam razkrijemo \u0161e 3 dodatne vaje za boj proti stresu, do takrat pa &#8211; ostanite doma in vadite vaje, ki smo jih opisali zgoraj.
