Tako boste z lahkoto pripravili seznam potrebnih sestavin, ki jih morate kupiti, \u017ee v fazi na\u010drtovanja pa boste poskrbeli, da se vam jedi ne bodo ponavljale. \u010cez teden, ko ste obremenjeni z drugimi nalogami, izbirajte enostavne obroke, morda jih pripravite \u017ee ve\u010der prej, konec tedna pa se lahko kuhi bolj posvetite.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Vsak dan nekaj druga\u010dnega<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pestrost obrokov boste dosegli z menjavo obrokov po naslednjih kriterijih: izbira sestavin, postopek priprave, oblika jedi, vrste jedi. Pravilo va\u0161e izbire naj bo, da se ti nizi ne ponavljajo med dnevi. Na\u010drtujte glavni obrok za vsak dan (temu pa lahko prilagodite tudi zajtrk in morebitno ve\u010derjo). Seznam jedi napi\u0161ite, izpi\u0161ite si tudi osnovne sestavine.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Izberite mesno ali brezmesno<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Priporo\u010dljivo je, da poleg mesnih obrokov, del tedenskih obrokov pripravite brez mesa. Takrat naj bodo v ospredju zelenjavne jedi ali jedi na osnovi mle\u010dnih izdelkov. Poleg klasi\u010dnih vrst mesa (pi\u0161\u010danec, govedina, svinjina), lahko va\u0161 jedilnik popestrite z izbiro teletine, kun\u010djega mesa, jagnjetine. Meso lahko nadomestite tudi z ribami. Meso lahko pe\u010dete v pe\u010dici, pope\u010dete v ko\u0161\u010dkih ali kot zrezke, kuhate v omaki ali v ri\u017eoti. Iz jedilnika ne izpustite niti klobas (poleg hrenovk in kranjskih, se lahko spomnite tudi na pe\u010denice ali krvavice, \u0161e vedno je dovolj mrzlo, da vam bodo teknile, pa izjemno lahko jih je hraniti v zmrzovalniku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pestrost dodaja tudi izbira prilog. Na\u0161tejmo jih le nekaj: krompir, testenine, ri\u017e, polenta, kvinoja, zelenjava, mo\u010dnate jedi kot so cmoki, vlivanci \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Samostojne jedi na \u017elico<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tako mesni kot brezmesni obrok je lahko pestrej\u0161i, \u010de izberemo pripravo jedi na \u017elico (oz. enolon\u010dnice). V slovenski kuhinji so to jota, ri\u010det, sosedi, ki imajo ve\u010d morskih jedi bi vam morda svetovali brodet. Avstrijci pripravijo enolon\u010dnico kot gola\u017eevo juho ali govedino v juhi (zakuhana goveja juha s ko\u0161ki mesa in veliko ju\u0161ne zelenjave). Mad\u017eari pa v teh primerih prisegajo na paprika\u0161e ali gola\u017e. Ozrimo se \u0161e v Mehiko, kjer vam bodo svetovali Chili con carne (vegetarjanci pa vam bodo pri\u0161epnili, da je v brezmesni razli\u010dici tudi odli\u010den).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Dan za zelenjavo<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sezona je trenutno z lokalno zelenjavo \u0161ibka, a \u0161e vedno vam so vam na voljo glave zelja, ohrovta in zimskih solat, marsikje pa imajo \u017ee sve\u017eo \u0161pina\u010do. Korenje je tudi \u0161e lansko. Zdrav obrok lahko pripravite tudi iz kislega zelja ali repe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seveda pa so prodajne poti \u0161e dovolj aktivne, da lahko izbirate tudi med vrstami zelenjave, ki druga\u010de niso tipi\u010dne za sezono (paprika, bu\u010dke, paradi\u017enik, melancani\u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tudi pri zelenjavi pestrost dosegate z na\u010dinom priprave (pe\u010denje, kuhano v sopari, omake\u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V zelenjavni razli\u010dici lahko pripravite tudi samostojne jedi v kombinaciji s testeninami (testenine z brokolijem, gratinirani makaroni s cveta\u010do..). Odli\u010dna je tudi kot ri\u017eota (grahova ri\u017eota z limono, ri\u017eota z radi\u010dem ali regratom).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Med zelenjavo, ki je trenutno na voljo ne spreglejte \u0161pargljev. Sami pa lahko poskrbite, da si naberete regrat (odli\u010den je tudi v juhi) ali \u010dema\u017e (pri tem bodite \u0161e posebej previdno ob nabiranju, \u010de ne poznate, ga raje izpustite iz jedilnika).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Mle\u010dne jedi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Morda ob omembi mle\u010dnih jedi najprej pomislite na mle\u010dno ka\u0161o (z jabolki in suhimi slivami bo odli\u010den obrok \u2013 vsaj za ve\u010derjo). Skuhate lahko mle\u010dni ri\u017e ali ga pope\u010dete v ri\u017eev narastek. Seveda pa v to kategorijo lahko vklju\u010dimo tudi jedi iz skute (knedli, \u0161truklji, \u0161trudel..) in razne kremne juhe (\u010desnova, sirova). Nenazadnje \u2013 kdaj ste doma pripravili pohan sir, pa tako preprosto je. Ali pa specite burek \u2013 kot zavitek ali v preprostej\u0161i zlo\u017eeni varianti. Kaj pa slane pite (loren\u0161ka pita, po\u0161tr\u017ea\u010da) in potice (ocvirkovca, \u0161pehovka).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dobra izbira so tudi jaj\u010dne jedi, ki so lahko tudi samostojni obrok: \u0161morn, jaj\u010dni narastek, vaflji ali pala\u010dinke.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Juha<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Z juhami lahko oblikujemo bolj nasitne obroke. Izbiramo lahko med klasi\u010dnimi mesnimi (goveja, pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dja), obarami (ki so lahko samostojne jedi) ali zelenjavnimi (paradi\u017enikova, grahova, fi\u017eolova). Teknila vam bo tudi \u010debulna juha. Pestri ste lahko tudi v pripravi zakuh (vlivanci, ribana ka\u0161a, pope\u010dene kru\u0161ne kocke).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Sladice<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepustite se razvadi, da vam te dni lep\u0161ajo sladice. Te naj bodo iz kakovostnih sestavin in doma\u010de izdelave, tako bo va\u0161 \u00bbprekr\u0161ek\u00ab manj\u0161i. Izkoristite \u010das priprave sladic za skupinsko kuhanje z dru\u017eino. Skupaj je zabavno in prijetno.
