Lahko je razli\u010dno izra\u017eena, pa\u010d v odvisnosti od situacije, v kateri se znajde posamezni \u0161portnik. Izjemno pomembno je, da zaskrbljenosti ne ignoriramo popolnoma. Sli\u0161ati moramo, kaj nam te zaskrbljene misli govorijo. \u010ce gre za objektivne nevarnosti ali morda zgolj za subjektivna nezadovoljstva. Slednja lahko malce odmislimo in gremo naprej, pri prvih pa se je potrebno lotiti re\u0161evanja. Zanimiv je tudi koncept dolg\u010dasa. Ta je lahko izjemno pozitiven, saj nam daje neko dlje trajajo\u010do mo\u017enost za premislek o novostih, izbolj\u0161avah, o lastnem napredku ali spremembah. So to morda podrobnosti v tehni\u010dno-takti\u010dni pripravi? Ali pa le vzdr\u017eevanje telesne pripravljenosti? Najla\u017eje bi trenutno stanje opisali s tem, da povzamemo, da je treba vztrajati, \u010detudi cilji morda niso jasni. Drugi del motivacije pa tudi pri \u0161portnikih izvira iz obi\u010dajnega \u017eivljenja. Tudi \u0161portniki so ljudje. Zato tukaj gre lahko, na primer, za kon\u010danje \u0161olanja, re\u0161evanje finan\u010dnega statusa, preusmeritev kariere drugam, posve\u010danje dru\u017eini.
