Torej trenutne razmere moj na\u010din dela ne spremenijo. Vsem tistim, ki pa ste zaradi spremenjenih razmer pri\u010deli z delom od doma, pa ste primorani najti v stanovanju novo delovno rutino. Delovni koti\u010dek, kjer imate mir in verjetno si boste morali izdelati sistem, po katerem boste produktivni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Moji koraki, ki jih upo\u0161tevam celo leto, da bi ostala produktivna:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><b> Izdelam TO-DO listo<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Moja prva in zame najbolj klju\u010dna to\u010dka je, da si vsak dan izdelam TO-DO listo na papirju. Pri meni deluje seznam opravil samo na papirju (sistem pisalo in papir <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/2.2.1\/72x72\/1f642.png\" alt=\" \" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em;max-height: 1em\" \/> ). Ideje si pi\u0161em kadar si jih spomnem \u010dez dan (dobim idejo za recept), glavni seznam obveznosti pa izdelam zve\u010der pred spanjem. Moram povedati, da zaradi tega tudi mirneje zaspim, saj vem, da nobene obveznosti ne bom pozabila.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Uresni\u010dujem zapisano in sistem kljukic<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Naslednji dan med pitjem jutranje kavice preletim seznam in se lotim dela, ki me ta trenutek najbolj veseli oz. katero je najbolj nujno, ter za katerega sem pripravljena. Nikoli ne delam stvari na silo, ker se ne kon\u010da z dobrim rezultatom. Razdelim opravila na seznamu, ki jih \u017eelim opraviti dopoldan in katere \u017eelim opraviti popoldan. Vsakemu opravilu, ki je zaklju\u010deno nari\u0161em kljukico, kar je najbolj zadovoljiv ob\u010dutek. Sistem kljukic je zame motivacija. Ve\u010d kljukic = ve\u010d opravil pod streho in hkrati ve\u010d zadovoljstva.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Kaj naredim, \u010de sem nemotivirana?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zgodi se dan, ko se prebudimo povsem nemotivirani. Ni\u010d narobe s tem, saj smo samo ljudje in tudi tak\u0161ne dneve je potrebno sprejeti. Na dan, ko nimam volje in se mi zdi vse brez veze, imam izdelan plan B <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/2.2.1\/72x72\/1f642.png\" alt=\" \" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em;max-height: 1em\" \/> Kaj naredim? Pomaga mi tu\u0161iranje, poleg tega se nali\u010dim in oble\u010dem, kot da bi \u0161la v slu\u017ebo na drugo lokacijo. Verjemite, <\/span><b>deluje! <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Velikokrat se mi je zgodilo, da sem postala bolj\u0161e volje in naredila stvari bolj uspe\u0161no. \u0160e ve\u010d, utrnile so se nove ideje in naredila sem \u0161e ve\u010d kot sem si sprva zadala. Rezultat = zadovoljstvo. Saj si to \u017eelimo, kajne? <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/2.2.1\/72x72\/1f642.png\" alt=\" \" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em;max-height: 1em\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b> Ustvarim si motivacijski koti\u010dek<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u010ce ima\u0161 mo\u017enost, si premakni pohi\u0161tvo, kjer se ti zdi, da se bo\u0161 dobro po\u010dutila. V \u010dasu izolacije sem si naredila koti\u010dek za telovadbo, in obrnila pisalno mizo v drugo smer, kjer se sedaj po\u010dutim neprimerno bolj\u0161e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b> Vzamem si \u010das za pavzo in za miganje<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ko med delom za\u010duti\u0161, da postane\u0161 neproduktivna in opazi\u0161, da se delo nikamor ne premika, vstani. Vstani iz stola in se odpravi na sprehod, na tek, ali pa naredi vaje za mo\u010d kar doma. Po\u010dutila se bo\u0161 <\/span><b>prerojeno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">saj bo\u0161 svoje misli preusmerila stran od dela, poleg tega \u0161portna aktivnost spro\u0161\u010da. Tvoje telo bo nahranjeno, izognila se bo\u0161 napihnjenosti in posledi\u010dno slabemu po\u010dutju.
