Ne moremo priporo\u010dati isto \u0161tevilo obrokov nekomu, ki vstane ob 5 zjutraj, ali nekomu, ki za\u010dne svoj dan ob 9 zjutraj. Torej, upo\u0161tevati moramo kak\u0161ne imate svoje navade in na\u010din \u017eivljenja. Izpu\u0161\u010danje obrokov ni dobra ideja, saj najverjetneje vodi v lakoto in v pripravo preobilnega naslednjega obroka. Pomembno je, da si obroke \u010dez dan razporedimo enakomerno. Na tak\u0161en na\u010din se bomo izognili prenajedanju, prav tako lakoti in stradanju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ob vzpostavljenem redu pri obrokih si oblikujemo vsakodnevne zdrave prehranjevalne navade. Tako sporo\u010dimo telesu, da ni potrebno ustvarjati zalog. Ali dan za\u010dnemo z zajtrkom, brunch-om, ali s kosilom je va\u0161a izbira. Mnogim zajtrk ne odgovarja takoj, ko vstanejo in s tem ni ni\u010d narobe. Poslu\u0161ajmo svoje telo in se s hrano ne silimo, \u010de ne \u010dutimo lakote in potrebe po hrani. Posledica je oslabljen imunski sistem in slaba odpornost na oku\u017ebe.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nasveti:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Priporo\u010dam, da svoje obroke razdelimo \u010dez dan na 3-4 ure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; Za malico posegajmo po hrani, ki ni sladka.
