Se spra\u0161ujete katero skrivno sestavino sem uporabila? Sestavina z visoko vsebnostjo vlaknin je konjak moka. S pudingom iz konjak moke lahko zdru\u017eimo v istem obroku sladico in hkrati \u017eivilo, ki nam pomaga shuj\u0161ati. Resno? Ja, vlaknine iz konjak moke nam dajo ob\u010dutek sitosti in \u017eivilo ima le nekaj kalorij. S konjak moko sem prvi\u010d ustvarjala in moram povedati, da je izdelava pudinga povsem enostavna.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Poglejmo si pripravo pudinga <\/span><b>za 2 osebi.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>Sestavine za puding brez kuhanja:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 \u017eli\u010dka konjak moke 1 \u017elica sladila eritritol\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 \u017elici kokosove moke\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 dcl mleka<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Priprava pudinga brez kuhanja:<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mleko, \u017eli\u010dko konjak moke, sladilo in kokosovo moko damo v elektri\u010dni me\u0161alnik (blender). Miksamo pribli\u017eno minutko oz. dokler se ne zgosti. Naredili smo puding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Po \u017eelji puding okrasimo.
