Vklju\u010dimo v na\u0161 na\u010din prehranjevanja vsa makrohranila: Ogljikove hidrate, beljakovine in ma\u0161\u010dobe. Vsako od hranil na\u0161e telo potrebuje, seveda v uravnote\u017eenih koli\u010dinah. Ogljikove hidrate potrebujemo kot gorivo, beljakovine za obnovo, ma\u0161\u010dobe pa kot podporo hormonskemu sistemu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/zdravje\/zdravo-zivljenje\/osvoji-zdrave-prehranske-navade\/galerija\/img_4903\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-294192\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-294192\" src=\"https:\/\/zenska.hudo.com\/files\/2020\/06\/img_4903-660x495.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"495\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2><b> Kolikokrat naj jem v dnevu?<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Koliko obrokov na dan zau\u017eijemo je odvisno od na\u0161ega \u017eivljenjskega sloga. Ne moremo priporo\u010dati isto \u0161tevilo obrokov nekomu, ki vstane ob 5 zjutraj, ali nekomu, ki za\u010dne svoj dan ob 9 zjutraj. Organizirajmo si obroke na 3-4 ure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Poleg tega koliko obrokov zau\u017eijemo \u010dez dan, je vredno tudi omeniti kaj jemo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dotaknimo se imunskega sistema. Pri imunskem sistemu veliko vlogo igrajo bele krvne celice (bele krvni\u010dke ali levkociti). Imunski sistem &#8220;bele\u017ei&#8221; mikrobe, ki smo jih premagali, preko belih krvni\u010dk, ki imajo vlogo spominskih celic. Bele krvni\u010dke mikrobe hitro prepoznajo in jih uni\u010dijo, \u0161e preden se razmno\u017eijo in zbolimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na bele krvni\u010dke in imunski sistem vpliva tudi prehrana. \u010ce skozi dan velikokrat grizljamo in predvsem sladko hrano, ne naredimo ni\u010d dobrega za imunski sistem. Sladka hrana negativno vpliva na bele krvne celice, saj jih ohromi. Tako so nezmo\u017ene opravljati svoje delo oziroma varovati telo pred oku\u017ebami. Posledica je oslabljen imunski sistem in slaba odpornost na oku\u017ebe.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2><b>\u010cemu se izogniti oz. izklju\u010diti iz prehrane?<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Izognimo se sladkarijam, pekovskim izdelkom in pred pripravljenim pakiranim izdelkom. Raje si obroke pripravljajmo sami in jih odnesemo s seboj.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Primer za poletni obrok:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Zelo prakti\u010dne so solate, v katere lahko damo kuhano le\u010do, veliko sezonske zelenjave, in vse skupaj zabelimo z doma\u010dim olivnim ali bu\u010dnim oljem.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h2><b> Kako najti \u010das za nove navade?<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ko oblikujemo nove navade si na za\u010detku zapi\u0161imo svoj potek dneva in najdimo\u00a0 premore, ko imamo \u010das za pripravo obroka. Na za\u010detku vztrajajmo, saj bomo kar kmalu vse nove navade osvojili in jih avtomatsko vklju\u010dili v svoj vsakdan. Ko nam zmanjka motivacije, se vedno vpra\u0161ajmo ZAKAJ smo pri\u010deli z bolj zdravim na\u010dinom \u017eivljenja. Zakaj se \u017eelimo po\u010dutiti bolj\u0161e? Zakaj \u017eelimo imeti ve\u010d energije? Zakaj \u017eelimo izgubiti kak\u0161en kilogram\u010dek?
