Agencija za varnost prometa okviru resolucije nacionalnega programa varnosti cestnega prometa za obdobje 2013-2022 kolesarjem posve\u010da dodatno pozornost v preventivi, saj spadajo med ranljivej\u0161e skupine udele\u017eencev v prometu.<\/p>\n<p>V Sloveniji \u0161tevilo kolesarjev v zadnjih letih nara\u0161\u010da, s tem pa tudi tveganje za njihovo ogro\u017eenost, saj jih vozniki motornih in enoslednih motornih vozil velikokrat spregledajo ter tako dodatno pove\u010dajo mo\u017enost za nastanek prometne nesre\u010de s hudimi po\u0161kodbami, opozarjajo na agenciji.<\/p>\n<h2>Kolesarska \u010delada je za otroke in mladostnike do 18. leta starosti obvezna<\/h2>\n<p>Za varno kolesarjenje so nujni tehni\u010dno ustrezno kolo, uporaba kolesarske za\u0161\u010ditne opreme ter dosledno spo\u0161tovanje cestno-prometnih predpisov, poudarjajo na agenciji. Kolesarska \u010delada namre\u010d kar od 40 do kar 70 odstotkov zmanj\u0161a resnost posledic in po\u0161kodb glave v primeru nesre\u010de, izpostavljajo na agenciji. \u010celada je v Sloveniji zakonsko obvezna za otroke in mladostnike do 18. leta starosti, priporo\u010dljiva pa tudi za ostale kolesarje, saj pomembno prispeva k njihovi varnosti.<\/p>\n<p>\u010celado morajo imeti tudi otroci, potniki na kolesu, ali pri vo\u017enji na poganjalcu, priporo\u010dljiva pa je tudi pri rolanju, rolkanju in na skiroju. Na agenciji izpostavljajo, da je pri izbiri \u010delade treba biti pozoren, da ustreza glavi, da je dovolj trdno name\u0161\u010dena na glavi, tako da sega sprednji rob dva prsta nad obrvmi, ter da so trakovi na \u010deladi zapeti in zategnjeni.<\/p>\n<p>Ker je v poletnih mesecih na cestah ve\u010d kolesarjev, na agenciji voznike pozivajo k dodatni pazljivosti in pozornemu spremljanju dogajanja v prometu.<\/p>\n<p>Najpogostej\u0161i vzrok prometnih nesre\u010d, ki so jih letos povzro\u010dili kolesarji, je neprilagojena hitrost. Ta je bila kar v 42 odstotkih primerov razlog prometne nesre\u010de. Pri nesre\u010dah s hudimi po\u0161kodbami ali smrtjo je dele\u017e \u0161e vi\u0161ji, saj je neprilagojena hitrost vzrok za kar 57 odstotkov tak\u0161nih nesre\u010d, opominjajo na agenciji. To po njihovih pojasnilih pomeni, da kolesarji v teh primerih vo\u017enje niso prilagodili svojim sposobnostim, razmeram v prometu, vremenu ali cesti\u0161\u010du.<\/p>\n<p>V prvem \u010detrtletju leto\u0161njega leta so med kr\u0161itvami, ki so jih zagre\u0161ili kolesarji, izstopale neuporaba lu\u010di, napa\u010dna smer vo\u017enja, uporaba mobilnega telefona ter vo\u017enja pod vplivom alkohola, so \u0161e zapisali na agenciji.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danes tretji\u010d obele\u017eujemo svetovni dan kolesarjenja (World Bicycle Day), ki so ga ZN razglasili 12. aprila 2018, z namenom spodbujanja trajnostne oblike prevoza in spodbujanja dr\u017eav ter lokalnih skupnosti, naj kolesarjenje upo\u0161tevajo v razvojnih strategijah in pri izgradnji infrastrukture.
