Poleg tega pa njegov pomirjevalni u\u010dinek pomeni, da omogo\u010di normalno delovanje \u010drevesja. Skuhajte si \u010daj: za palec velik del nastrgane korenine prelijte z 2dcl vrele vode in pustite stati 10 min. V ve\u010djih supermarketih pri nas lahko najdete tudi ingverjeve bonbone.<\/p>\n<h2>Kamilica<\/h2>\n<p>\u010caj iz kamilic deluje podobno, kot ingver, zato so ga v doma\u010dem zdravilstvu od nekdaj uporabljali ob slabosti, \u017eelo\u010dnih kr\u010dih, bruhanju in driski, saj pomirja \u010drevesje in pomaga uravnati njegovo delovanje.
