Neugodni vplivi dehidracije na po\u010dutje, delovanje in kakovost \u017eivljenja so \u0161tevilni in mo\u010dno izra\u017eeni, \u0161e posebej pri starej\u0161ih. Zadosten vnos teko\u010dine je zato eden izmed klju\u010dnih dejavnikov dobrega po\u010dutja, zato mu je treba nameniti posebno pozornost, so zapisali v Zvezi potro\u0161nikov Slovenije (ZPS).<\/p>\n<h2>\u017deja je \u017ee znak dehidracije<\/h2>\n<p>Glavni znaki dehididracije so lahko (mo\u010dna) \u017eeja, suha usta in druge sluznice, razpokane ustnice, zmanj\u0161ana tvorba in temnej\u0161a barva urina, omotica, utrujenost, glavobol in zaprtost, nenaden padec telesne mase, pri huj\u0161i dehidraciji pa tudi zmedenost, padec krvnega tlaka in pospe\u0161eno bitje srca. Dehidracija pove\u010da mo\u017enost za pregrevanje organizma, nevarne padce, ledvi\u010dne kamne in vnetja se\u010dil, so zapisali v sporo\u010dilu za javnost.<\/p>\n<p>Telo namre\u010d vsakodnevno izgublja velike koli\u010dine vode preko znojenja, urina, blata in izdihanega zraka. Z zmerno telesno dejavnostjo lahko dnevno izgubimo nekaj ve\u010d kot dva litra vode, zato je pomembno, da jo v zadostnih koli\u010dinah nadome\u0161\u010damo. V povpre\u010dju je pribli\u017eno 55 odstotkov vnesemo s teko\u010dino, 33 odstotkov z \u017eivili, preostanek pa nam je zagotovi telo.<\/p>\n<h2>Koliko vode moramo popiti na dan?<\/h2>\n<p>Priporo\u010dljivo je, da spijemo vsaj liter in pol enakomerno \u010dez cel dan, in ne le takrat, ko imamo ob\u010dutek, da smo \u017eejni. Takrat smo \u017ee blago dehidrirani. Najbolj\u0161a izbira je voda iz pipe, saj imamo eno izmed najbolj kakovostnih pitnih vod v Evropi, svetujejo v ZPS. S pitjem tak\u0161ne vode prispevamo tudi k manj\u0161i koli\u010dini odpadkov in ohranjamo naravne vire. Dobre izbire so tudi nesladkan \u010daj, nesladkani kompoti in mineralna voda.<\/p>\n<p>Starej\u0161i \u017eeje pogosto ne ob\u010dutijo, zato morajo toliko ve\u010d pozornosti nameniti zadostnemu vnosu teko\u010dine. Priporo\u010dajo pitje teko\u010dine po po\u017eirkih. Tako bo tudi potreba po odvajanju vode manj pogosta.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce je vnos teko\u010dine (veliko) ni\u017eji od priporo\u010dil, svetujejo, da se vnos pove\u010duje po\u010dasi. Tako se bo telo nanj privadilo.
