Pi\u0161\u010danec s skorjico iz sezama<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong> 3\/4 skodelice kru\u0161nih drobtin, 2 \u017elici sezamovih semen, 1 beljak, 1\/2 \u017eli\u010dke soli, 450 g pi\u0161\u010dan\u010djih prsi, \u017elica olinega olja, nasekljana \u010debula, 1\/2 skodelice ke\u010dapa, \u017elica rjavega sladkorja, 1,5 \u017eli\u010dke kisa, 1,5 \u017eli\u010dke\u00a0Worcesterske omake<\/p>\n<p><b>Priprava:\u00a0<\/b>Na segreti ponvi popra\u017eite kru\u0161ne drobtine in sezam, potem pa prestavite me\u0161anico v skledo. V drugi skledi zme\u0161ajte beljak in sol. Potem pomo\u010dite pi\u010dan\u010dje meso najprej v beljakovo me\u0161anico in potem povaljajte v me\u0161anici drobtin in sezama. Mediteranski pi\u0161\u010danec z mletimi mandlji<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sestavine:\u00a0<\/strong>1\/2 skodelice mandljev, 1\/4 skodelice polnozrnate moke, 1,5 \u017eli\u010dka mlete paprike, 1\/2 \u017eli\u010dke nasekljanega \u010desna, 1\/4 \u017eli\u010dke soli, 1\/8 \u017eli\u010dke papra, 1,5 \u017eli\u010dke olivnega olja, 4 beljaki, 400 g pi\u0161\u010dan\u010djih prsi, olje. Zme\u0161ajte posebej beljake. V njih najprej potopite kose pi\u0161\u010danca, potem jih povaljajte \u0161e v mandljevo zmes. Pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dja prsa v skorjici iz parmezana in \u010desna<\/h2>\n<p><b>Sastavine:<\/b>\u00a010 kosov pi\u0161\u010dan\u010djih prsi, skodelica ku\u0161nih drobtin, 1\/3 skodelice naribanega parmezana, 1\/4 skodelice sesekljanega \u010desna, 1\/4 skodelice popra, 4 \u017elice sesekljanega peter\u0161ilja,\u00a0beljak, olje<\/p>\n<p><b>Priprava:<\/b>\u00a0Zme\u0161ajte kru\u0161ne drobtine, parmezan, \u010desen, poper in nasekljani peter\u0161ilj. Povaljajte pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dje prsi najprej v stepeni beljak in potem v suhe sestavine.
