Neto multipikator je med 2,8 in 3,3, izhaja iz razli\u010dnih \u0161tudij, ki so bile narejene v zadnjih petih letih,&#8221; je dejal Masten.<\/p>\n<p>Kot je izpostavil v dana\u0161nji predstavitvi analize, bi bilo vse tisto, kar omogo\u010da realizacijo pozitivnih neto u\u010dinkov, ogro\u017eeno, \u010de pride do zamika pri realizaciji investicije ali celo do nerealizacije drugega tira med Diva\u010do in Koprom. &#8220;Panoga se na srednji in dolgi rok ne bo razvijala,&#8221; je opozoril.<\/p>\n<p>V kolikor drugega tira ni, bi gospodarstvo v obdobju 2026-2055 izgubilo med 1,96 in 3,07 milijarde evrov dodane vrednosti oz. bi, kot je izpostavil Masten, letno izgubilo 145 milijonov evrov dodane vrednosti, kar je pribli\u017eno tretjina odstotka BDP.<\/p>\n<p>Za slovensko logistiko bi bila izguba dodane vrednosti od 1,4 do 2,2 milijarde evrov, je izpostavil.<\/p>\n<p>Bi pa imela korist gradbena panoga, v kolikor bi denimo projekt drugi tir razbili na manj\u0161e dele. V tem primeru je po Mastenovih besedah logi\u010dno, da bi lahko na razpisih uspe\u0161neje konkurirali doma\u010di gradbeniki. Avtorja analize sta preverila vrednost u\u010dinka izvedbe del v primeru, \u010de bi bila vodilni izvajalec slovenska podjetja ali \u010de bi slovenska podjetja sodelovala kot podizvajalec.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce bi sodelovali kot partnerji, bi bila dodana vrednost v gradbeni industriji v \u010dasu izvedbe projekta dobrih 131,6 milijona evrov, \u010de bi ob razdrobljeni izvedbi projekta delovala kot vodilni partner, bi bila vrednost 204,1 milijona evrov, je pojasnil Masten. &#8220;Torej bi bila neto korist slovenski gradbeni industriji v znesku 72,5 milijona evrov,&#8221; je ponazoril Masten.<\/p>\n<p>Tako je treba teh dobrih 72 milijonov evrov primerjati z omenjenim razponom izgube za logistiko. &#8220;Potencialna izguba dodane vrednosti za slovensko gospodarstvo zaradi ogrozitve razvoja logistike je pribli\u017eno 25-krat ve\u010dja, kot je bi bila neto korist v primeru ve\u010dje vloge doma\u010dih gradbincev pri izvedbi projekta,&#8221; je izra\u010dunal.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi mo\u017e 2TDK Du\u0161an Zorko je ob tem opozoril, da je slovensko gradbeni\u0161tvo danes \u017ee pregreto, pa \u017eelijo \u0161e ve\u010d. &#8220;Oni niso v stanju sami tega projekta zgraditi. \u010ce bi se projekt razbil na ve\u010d delov, kar bi bilo sicer la\u017eje &#8230; ga ni korenjaka, ki bi ta projekt spravil skupaj,&#8221; je poudaril.<\/p>\n<p>Kot je dejal generalni direktor projektnega podjetja, je namen \u0161tudije prav ta, da se poudari pomen logistike v Sloveniji. &#8220;V kolikor slovensko gospodarstvo \u017eeli enakovredno vstopati v evropske in svetovne blagovne tokove, potrebuje dodano vrednost. Ni namen, da kako drugo \u0161tudijo izni\u010dimo, ampak damo te\u017eo tistemu, zakaj projekt potrebujemo,&#8221; je dodal.<\/p>\n<p>Tudi Groznik je izpostavil prednosti drugega tira, hkrati pa spomnil, da se v na\u0161i okolici in regiji intenzivno gradijo vsebinsko zelo podobni projekti. Ti so, kot je dejal, za Slovenijo pomembni, ker predstavljajo konkurenco na\u0161i javni \u017eelezni\u0161ki infrastrukturi. Tako kot drugi tir so namre\u010d del klju\u010dnih koridorjev, ki jih EU sofinancira.<\/p>\n<p>Glede na dana\u0161njo dinamiko in terminski na\u010drt se ti projekti v regiji zaklju\u010dujejo tik za zaklju\u010dkom izgradnje drugega tira med Diva\u010do in Koprom. Ta naj bi bil operativen leta 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Obstoje\u010da proga med Diva\u010do in Koprom je prezasi\u010dena, je \u0161e dejal Groznik in dodal, da to dejstvo omejuje razvoj Luke Koper, kar nakazujejo tudi \u0161tevilke.
