{"id":432493,"date":"2020-09-09T11:41:21","date_gmt":"2020-09-09T09:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/2020\/09\/09\/vitamin-d-v-telesu-opravlja-stevilne-funkcije-pozimi-zaloge-v-telesu-poidejo-zato-ga-je-dobro-nadomescati\/"},"modified":"2020-09-09T11:41:21","modified_gmt":"2020-09-09T09:41:21","slug":"vitamin-d-v-telesu-opravlja-stevilne-funkcije-pozimi-zaloge-v-telesu-poidejo-zato-ga-je-dobro-nadomescati","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/zdrav-duh-telo\/vitamin-d-v-telesu-opravlja-stevilne-funkcije-pozimi-zaloge-v-telesu-poidejo-zato-ga-je-dobro-nadomescati\/","title":{"rendered":"Vitamin D: v telesu opravlja \u0161tevilne funkcije, pozimi zaloge v telesu poidejo, zato ga je dobro nadome\u0161\u010dati"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Predsednica Zdru\u017eenja endokrinologov Slovenije pri Slovenskem zdravni\u0161kem dru\u0161tvu Pfeiferjeva je na dana\u0161nji okrogli mizi, ki jo je organizirala farmacevtska dru\u017eba Krka, pojasnila, da je vitamin D na zemeljski obli 500 milijonov let, ko so bili prisotni organizmi brez okostja oz. kalcijeve lupine, kar pomeni, da v organizmih opravlja tudi druge funkcije, ne le da vpliva na presnovo kalcija in posledi\u010dno igra klju\u010dno vlogo pri kostni gostoti.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin D lahko telo samo proizvede, saj se pod vplivom ultravioli\u010dnih \u017earkov tvori v ko\u017ei. &#8220;V na\u0161em telesu deluje kot hormon, ki ima receptorje v skoraj vseh celicah \u010dlove\u0161kega telesa in spodbuja prepisovanje ve\u010d kot 200 razli\u010dnih genov,&#8221; je pojasnila Pfeiferjeva.<\/p>\n<p>Tako vpliva na \u0161tevilne \u017eivljenjsko pomembne funkcije, kot je presnova kalcija in fosfata, vpliva na delovanje imunskega sistema.<\/p>\n<h2>Son\u010denje 10 do 15 minut na dan, tri dni v tednu<\/h2>\n<p>Tako se za naravno pridobivanje vitamina D svetuje son\u010denje od aprila do septembra med 10. in 16. uro, ko je son\u010dna svetloba z ultraviolo\u010dni \u017earki bogata, saj skozi atmosfero potuje \u010dim bolj navpi\u010dno. Zadostuje 10 do 15 minut na dan, tri dni v tednu.<\/p>\n<p>A ker na tak\u0161en na\u010din ne moremo pridobiti vitamina D \u010dez celo leto, zaloge pa po pribli\u017eno dveh mesecih poidejo, je v populaciji kar veliko pomanjkanje tega vitamina, predvsem ga primanjkuje starostnikom v domovih za starej\u0161e, je povedal Pfeiferjeva.<\/p>\n<p>Zato je priporo\u010dljivo dodajanje vitamina D, namre\u010d skozi u\u017eivanje hrane te\u017eko dobimo zadostne koli\u010dine, tudi \u010de jemo \u017eivila, bogata s tem vitaminom, kot so mastne ribe. V Sloveniji vitamina ne dodajajo hrani, a rezultati merjenja iz skandinavskih dr\u017eavah, kjer ga dodajajo hrani, ka\u017eejo na bistveno manj\u0161e pomanjkanje. Najve\u010dje pomanjkanje v Evropi pa je v \u0160paniji, Italiji in Francij, torej v dr\u017eavah, kjer bi zaradi mediteranske lege lahko sklepali, da bodo imeli bolj\u0161e zaloge vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p>Priporo\u010dilo je, da se ta vitamin dodaja vsem otrokom do tretjega leta, nose\u010dim \u017eenskam, pa tudi najstnikom, varovancem v domovih za starej\u0161e in vsem starej\u0161im od 70 let. Ve\u010dje potrebe so tudi pri debelih ljudeh, ki potrebujejo dva- do trikrat ve\u010dje odmerke vitamina, saj se jim kopi\u010di v ma\u0161\u010dobah.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg tega se mora ta vitamin dodajati tudi vsem, ki imajo medicinske indikacije, kot so bolniki z osteoporozo in osteopenijo, pri raznih presnovnih bolezni kosti, zve\u010danju ali zmanj\u0161anju ravni kalcija ali fosfata, pri motnjah v presnovi zaradi bolezni prebavil, kroni\u010dni ledvi\u010dni bolezni, kroni\u010dni bolezni jeter itd.<\/p>\n<p>Pfeiferjeva je poudarila, da je treba ogro\u017eenim skupinam ljudi, kot so denimo starostniki, na\u010drtno nadome\u0161\u010dati vitamin D. Poleg tega v strokovni skupini pri NIJZ, v kateri sodeluje, pripravljajo smernice glede dodajanja vitamina D, razmisleki gredo tudi v smer, da bi ga dodajali v nekatera \u017eivila.<\/p>\n<p>Znaki, da nam primanjkuje vitamina D, so lahko po njenih besedah zelo nespecifi\u010dni, \u010de ni hudega pomanjkanja. To so lahko kroni\u010dna utrujenost, nespecifi\u010dne bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah. Dolgoro\u010dno pomanjkanje vitamina pa se lahko ka\u017ee v ni\u017eji kostni gostoti in \u0161ibkej\u0161ih mi\u0161icah.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin D pa lahko na ve\u010d na\u010dinov vpliva tudi na covid-19. Raziskave so pokazale, da tisti, ki imajo dovolj vitamina D, imajo manj virusnih oku\u017eb in bla\u017eji potek bolezni, \u010de zbolijo. Poleg tega \u010de covid-19 napreduje v plju\u010da, povzro\u010di t. i. citokinsko nevihto. \u010ce ima posameznik dovolj vitamina D, lahko ugodno umirja ta vnetni pojav v plju\u010dih, je dejala Pfeiferjeva. Tako po njenih besedah kar nekaj dr\u017eav priporo\u010da, naj ljudje jemljejo vitamin D, da bodo vsaj delno za\u0161\u010diteni.
