Potro\u0161niki smo se prilagodili prej kot podjetja, racionalnost, ki jo poznamo iz finan\u010dne krize leta 2008, pa se je ponovno okrepila. Digitalni kanali so v fazi spodbud in raziskovanja klju\u010dni,&#8221; je dejal direktor odnosov z naro\u010dniki v Ipromu Leon Bren\u010di\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Iprom in Valicon sta v raziskavo vklju\u010dila okoli 70.800 potro\u0161nikov, ki so nakup izvedli med marcem in avgustom letos, in sicer so prou\u010devali, kako so se potro\u0161niki odlo\u010dali za nakupe v kategorijah krediti, turizem in telekomunikacije.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskava je pokazala, da so se potro\u0161niki prilagodil tako, da so zadovoljili svoje potrebe ob danih omejitvah in ukrepih, hkrati pa so ohranili visoko mero racionalnosti. &#8220;Tokratni rezultati nam dajejo vpogled v nekak\u0161no fazo oziroma u\u010dinek po prvem valu. Zaznavamo, da bodo u\u010dinki razmer, povezanih z boleznijo covid-19, prihajali v valovih,&#8221; je ocenil partner v Valiconu Matja\u017e Robin\u0161ak.<\/p>\n<p>Ugotovili so, da digitalni kanali prevladujejo v fazi spodbud za nakup in so prevladujo\u010di v fazi raziskovanja, ko se potro\u0161niki informirajo pred nakupom. Najve\u010dja odstopanja zaradi novih razmer so opazna v kategoriji kreditov. &#8220;Ugotovitve ka\u017eejo, da se je struktura kreditojemalcev spremenila, celotna kategorija pa je zabele\u017eila upad zanimanja. Potro\u0161niki so najemali predvsem stanovanjske in gotovinske kredite, osebni stik s svetovalcem pa v zaklju\u010dni fazi igra klju\u010dno vlogo pri sklenitvi posla,&#8221; so navedli v Ipromu.<\/p>\n<p>Pri odlo\u010danju za po\u010ditnice ima internet v primerjavi s tradicionalnimi kanali klju\u010dno vlogo (v 58 odstotkih v fazi spodbud in v 92 odstotkih v fazi raziskovanja). Pri nakupu turisti\u010dnih produktov uporaba digitalnih kanalov prevladuje, v leto\u0161njem letu je bilo 63 odstotkov vseh nakupov izvedenih na internetu. Glede priporo\u010dil sodelujo\u010di v raziskavi odgovarjajo, da se na njih v najve\u010dji meri zana\u0161ajo v procesu izbire ali menjave ponudnika telekomunikacijskih storitev (67 odstotkov), sledijo krediti (53 odstotkov) in po\u010ditnice (45 odstotkov).<\/p>\n<p>Pri nakupu po\u010ditnic je bil v obdobju po epidemiji klju\u010den motivator za nakup turisti\u010dne storitve \u017eelen termin (51 odstotkov), pri kreditih so vpra\u0161ani izpostavili pomen hitre odobritve (57 odstotkov), pri spremembi naro\u010dni\u0161kega paketa oziroma zamenjavi ponudnika telekomunikacijskih storitev pa potro\u0161niki i\u0161\u010dejo bolj\u0161i paket, ki jim omogo\u010da ve\u010d za njihov denar (40 odstotkov) ali bolj\u0161o kakovost omre\u017eja (33 odstotkov). V vseh kategorijah je bila med klju\u010dnimi motivatorji izpostavljena tudi cena.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskava je tudi pokazala, da so svoje izku\u0161nje z nakupom najpogosteje delili tisti, ki so se odlo\u010dali za po\u010ditnice (83 odstotkov), sledili so tisti, ki so se odlo\u010dali za kredite (82 odstotkov) in zamenjavo ponudnika telekomunikacijskih storitev ali naro\u010dni\u0161kega paketa (76 odstotkov). Potro\u0161niki svojo izku\u0161njo najpogosteje delijo osebno (prek priporo\u010dil od ust do ust), v manj\u0161i meri pa tudi prek digitalnih kanalov (z objavo v blogih, na dru\u017ebenih medijih).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Potro\u0161niki so se prilagodili tako, da so zadovoljili svoje potrebe ob danih omejitvah in ukrepih, hkrati pa so ohranili visoko mero racionalnosti.
