Testenine osre\u010dujejo!<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Brez heca! Za to so zaslu\u017eni ogljikovi hidrati, ki v na\u0161ih mo\u017eganih spro\u017eijo proizvajanje hormona sre\u010de serotonina. In tako je v hipu na\u0161e razpolo\u017eenje bolj\u0161e. Testenine pa niso edina jed, ki spro\u017ea proizvajanje horsmona sre\u010de, med taka \u017eivila spada tudi sir. Testenine so hitro pripravljene<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Verjetno je velik razlog, zakaj so testenine tako zelo priljubljena jed, tudi to, da jih lahko izjemno hitro pripravimo. Ko je lakota velika in imamo stisko s \u010dasom, se vsi lahko vedno zanesemo na testenine.
