Redno u\u017eivanje krompirja, lahko tudi vsakodnevno, namre\u010d pripomore k zni\u017eevanju krvnega tlaka.<\/p>\n<p>Prav visok krvni tlak je ena najpogostej\u0161ih modernih zdravstvenih te\u017eav, preizkusi\u0161 pa lahko tudi odli\u010dno <strong>krompirjevo dieto<\/strong>. Ta sladki gomolj sam po sebi namre\u010d ne vpliva na pove\u010devanje telesne te\u017ee, vendar pa je to odvisno od priprave krompirja.<\/p>\n<h2>Enostavna krompirjeva dieta<\/h2>\n<p>Krompirjevo dieto sestavlja u\u017eivanje kar najbolj zdravo pripravljenega krompirja. Najbolj priporo\u010dljiv je pe\u010den krompir\u010dek, brez dodane ve\u010dje koli\u010dine soli, ke\u010dapa in ma\u0161\u010dobe, ki sicer obogatijo okus, vendar prispevajo h kopi\u010denju kilogramov.<\/p>\n<p>Sprejemljivo je tudi u\u017eivanje pra\u017eenega krompirja, pri \u010demer zmanj\u0161a koli\u010dino uporabljenega olja, povsem pa se odpovej dodajanju kalori\u010dnih bomb, kot so ocvrtki in smetanove polivke. \u010ce se spra\u0161uje\u0161, zakaj je krompir sploh tako zdrav, naj navedemo nekaj dejstev: ima manj kalorij kot ri\u017e in testenine, je bogat z vitaminom C, B ter magnezijem, zni\u017euje krvni tlak in nivo slabega holesterola te zmanj\u0161uje mo\u017enosti za sr\u010dno kap. Kljub temu pa mu primanjkujeta vitamina A in E, zatorej nikakor ni priporo\u010dljivo, da bi na krompirjevi dieti u\u017eivala le krompir, temve\u010d ga kombiniraj z ostalo hrano.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160tudija potrdila koristi krompirja<\/h2>\n<p>Da krompirjeva dieta, ki ne zahteva nobenega te\u017ekega na\u010drtovanja jedilnikov, prera\u010dunavanja kalorij in omogo\u010da poljubno kombiniranje z drugimi zdravimi \u017eivili, res deluje, dokazuje tudi zanimiva \u0161tudija. 18 mo\u0161kih in \u017eensk so prosili, naj vsak dan zau\u017eijejo \u0161est do osem krompir\u010dkov velikosti jajca, pri \u010demer so jih jedli za kosilo in ve\u010derjo. To je bila edina sprememba, ki so jo uvedli v svoj jedilnik, saj preostale prehrane niso spreminjali.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u010dina izmed sodelujo\u010dih je imela preveliko telesno te\u017eo in so jemali tablete za zni\u017eevanje krvnega tlaka. Rezultati \u0161tudije po enem mesecu so bili presenetljivi, saj se je nivo krvnega tlaka precej zmanj\u0161al, nih\u010de od prostovoljcev pa se ni zredil.<\/p>\n<h2>Tako kot vse diete, tudi ta temelji na tem, da manj pojemo<\/h2>\n<p>Kljub spodbudnim rezultatom, pa so na konferenci Ameri\u0161ke kemijske dru\u017ebe poudarili, da so uspehi najverjetneje posledica dejstva, da so sodelujo\u010di zmanj\u0161ali koli\u010dino vsakodnevnih obrokov.
