Za kosilo je ri\u017e, fi\u017eol in pi\u0161\u010danca ali druge vrste meso ter solato, saj kot pravi, solate obo\u017euje. Zve\u010der pa obi\u010dajno je japonsko hrano kot je su\u0161i ali ribo na \u017earu. Kar pa se ti\u010de vadbe prisega na pilates in spinning.<\/p>\n<h2>Adriana Lima<\/h2>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><figcaption>Adriana Lima (Foto: Profimedia)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Pred modno revijo Victoria&#8217;s Secret Adriana je le zeleno zelenjavo, na \u017earu ali sopari, ter razli\u010dne vrste proteinov. To obi\u010dajno je za kosilo in ve\u010derjo, in na vsake tri ure med tema obrokoma spije proteinski shake ali poje \u017eitno plo\u0161\u010dico. Takrat se tudi popolnoma izogne ogljikovim hidratom. Sicer pa pravi, da je njena skrivnost v uravnote\u017eenih obrokih, kjer je zelo pomembno, da ne jemo prevelikih porcij in veliko telovadbe. Adriana pred modno revijo, zadnjih 6 tednov, trenira vsak dan dvakrat. Najraje ska\u010de s kolebnico in trenira boks, ne mara pa ute\u017ei in najraje dela vaje, kjer uporablja zgolj svojo telesno te\u017eo.<\/p>\n<h2>Doutzen Kroes<\/h2>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><figcaption>Doutzen Kroes (Foto: Profimedia)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nizozemska lepotica pravi, da je zdrava prehrana v 70 odstotkih zaslu\u017ena za to, kako izgledamo. Lahko telovadimo vsak dan, toda \u010de ne jemo zdravo, nam ni\u010d ne pomaga. V tednih pred modno revijo ne pije alkohola in ne je sladkega. \u0160e vedno je ogljikove hidrate, ker kot pravi, jih njeno telo preprosto potrebuje, da normalno funkcionira, vendar ne je ravno testenin in kruha, ampak poje en krompir z ribo in zeleno zelenjavo. Kot priznava pa se kljub vsemu ne more prisiliti, da si kdaj ne bi privo\u0161\u010dila kak\u0161nega pribolj\u0161ka. &#8220;\u010ce bi jedla samo solate, ne bi bila sre\u010den \u010dlovek. Rada imam solate, toda zraven pojem \u0161e ocvrt krompir\u010dek. Krompir\u010dek je moja najve\u010dja razvada.&#8221; Kar pa se ti\u010de vadbe tudi ona boka, ska\u010de s kolebnico in najpogosteje dela vaje za noge in zadnjico. In kaj je njena najljub\u0161a vadba? Balet. In kot pravi, je za njeno telo najbolj u\u010dinkovita kombinacija vadb boka in baleta.<\/p>\n<h2>Jessica Hart<\/h2>\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"320\" src=\"image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/><figcaption>Foto: Profimedia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Kot pravi je zadnja leta iz svoje prehrane popolnoma izlo\u010dila p\u0161enico in se po\u010duti bolje kot kdajkoli prej. Da je to izlo\u010dila iz prehrane, ji je pomagalo tudi pri kroni\u010dnih glavobolih, iz\u010drpanosti in nespe\u010dnosti. &#8220;Po\u010dutim se odli\u010dno. Imam veliko ve\u010d energije. In \u010de jem kruh, vem, da to popolnoma zru\u0161i moj prebavni sistem. Pomembno je, da je polnovredno hrano, navadno mleko zamenja za mandljevo. Za zajtrk popije proteinski napitek, poje omleto iz beljakov ali ovseno ka\u0161o, ali pa preprosto poje navadni jogurt v katerega nare\u017ee sve\u017ee sadje. Za prigrizek ima najraje ovsene plo\u0161\u010dice ali pa kak\u0161no jabolko. Pravi, da ne \u017eeli biti suha, ampak mo\u010dna, zato kombinira spininng, pilates, pri vadbi uporablja elasti\u010dne trakove za u\u010dvrstitev rok in nog. Ker je odra\u0161\u010dala na kmetiji, sta so danes glavni sestavni del njene prehrane govedina in mle\u010dni izdelki. Pravi, da se nobeni hrani ne izogiba, le veliko intenzivneje telovadi. \u0160e posebno intenzivnost telesne vadbe pove\u010da dva tedna pred modno revijo, vendar ne mara kardio vaj, saj kalorije z njo prehitro pokuri. Ve\u010d \u010dasa posveti vzdr\u017eljivostnemu treningu, boksu in vajam za zadnjico in noge. Za zajtrk poje kosmi\u010de z mandljevim mlekom, za kosilo ima pi\u0161\u010danca s kvinojino in ohrovtovo solato, za ve\u010derjo pa su\u0161i iz rjavega ri\u017ea. Njen najljub\u0161i prigrizek so ore\u0161\u010dki in semena, najljub\u0161a nezdrava razvada pa testenine in pica. Njen klju\u010den nasvet pri vsem pa je, da je treba biti zmeren pri porcijah.
